Gorgeous quirky designs and very expensive. However the chain of the necklace tarnished after only a few wears. Never had this happen so badly even with jewellery a fraction of the price. Wearer do... See more

I took 5 pieces of 'vintage' TD jewellery to the Seven Dials shop to be repaired. Four were done on the spot but the 5th had to be sent back to the Care Team at HQ. Superb service all round - communic... See more

Simply the best

Absolutely love love LOVE the designs, prices are (mainly) reasonable and delivery is super fast no matter which option you select. The website itself however is very glitchy and quite temperamental so can be hard to order on - hopefully this will be fixed, I’m sure it will as it’s clear that the team behind the brand works very hard to provide the best.

fabulous service

I am a regular customer at Tatty Devine. Very recently I had to get a necklace mended due to an accident with it. The customer care staff I spoke to were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It was sent back looking like new and they were so effiecient. I love the little handwritten note included. Amazing customer service as always

Great service

Prompt delivery. Well packaged. Returns details clear (not that I’ve ever wanted or needed to so far!). Well made jewellery-even better in real life.

Love!

Love, love LOVE. Excellent quirky designer jewellery. Everything is described well and you know exactly what you are buying. The only problem is restraining myself from buying too much!

Have bought over a hundred pieces from…

Have bought over a hundred pieces from Tatty devine over the years, but recently the service you get online and in store is appauling. Plus the quality has really gone downhill. They recently sent me the wrong item (earrings) and wouldn't send me the right one until I returned them. Items break really quickly and easily. Very expensive for plastic items. Just had appauling service in the store which was the last straw for me.
Never buying from this company ever again. They have lost a loyal fan and customer

Fantastic design but what poor quality

Fantastic design but what poor quality. The chain is so lightweight and cheap. The pendant (scissors) were badly made and rough and felt like they would fall part with the slightest pressure. The necklace cost £47 with the shipping and it felt like it came out of a christmas cracker.
Such a shame I loved their designs and thought I'd found a gold mine for future Christmas and birthday presents.
on the plus side their customer services and refund process was excellent.

The earrings I purchased created black marks and irritation of my skin (first time since I was a teenager I've come across earrings doing this). A real shame, as clearly they are using low-quality metal fittings on the back of their earrings.

Fabulous and funny costume jewellry

I found Tatty Devine in London by chance many years ago...and bought some great things then. And I re-discovered them thanks to the net a couple of days ago. They produce unique, funky, tongue-in-cheek jewellry...mostly in plastic..but don't let this put you off. Visit their shop and dazzled and amazed! It is all clever stuff, and very well made. The delivery service is speedy and even the packaging will make you smile.
