I was stuck when trying to figure out why something happened.. I contacted Help support for the first time and was chatting with a human in less than 2 mins. The guy helped me untangle my issue and I am good. TastyTrade is a genuinely good quality product and the people who run it seem like really good people too (Tom and Tony)

Bill took the time to answer questions and welcome me to Tasty Trade. Very helpful setting up a new account- its reassuring to have friendly people willing to help me get started on new platform.

Help with Iron Condor LMT

Stephen was kind enough to confirm my assumption for the reason my LMT order was not executing when hit; Volume of one of my legs had no liquidity. It was a good learning moment for me as a new options trader!

Agent was knowledgeable and prompt in providing answers to my questions and requests.

Barrett took the extra time to explain to me some processes regarding margin calls that I previously wasn't aware of. He not only took the time to educate me, but did so with a positive attitude and good spirits along the way. He made my day, and I wanted to be sure his team/manager was aware of how valuable his approach is to someone like me--your customer.

Barrett over at tastytrade is extremely helpful in resolving issues as they come up. He is kind and brilliant - able to work with other team members to come up with a fair resolution.

I applied to open an account with Tastytrade multiple times, providing all the required information and documents. Despite being an entrepreneur with accounts at other international brokers, my application was rejected without any clear explanation. Their compliance team refuses to disclose reasons, which makes the process frustrating and opaque.

If you value transparency and professionalism, I would recommend considering other brokers.

Hefty withdrawal fee

They are advertising themselves as being transparent with their pricing, but there is a hidden 25$ - 50$ withdrawal fee if you are european.

I reaaaaly love their free courses though!

Also it just feels extremely insecure that 2FA isnt enabled by default on every log in. I wasn't asked for any confirmation other that my username and password on a new account.

Solid experience communicating with Tastytrade service via Chat. I had a few questions and the rep Marc E communicated clearly and gave me examples and scenarios to help better answer my questions. I feel more confident about my portfolio and the trades I am making.

Being a new client on their Trading Platform, I contacted TastyTrade helpcentre and was served quickly. Had video calls with Bill Ketcik who was excellent in assisting me and answering well to all my queries relating to Trading Platform. My big "Thank You !" to Bill.

Had Andy H. work with me on chat help and he did a fantastic job. The man deserves a raise! What fantastic customer support.

I have tired them out, and experience was ok, just not what I was looking for.

I had some trouble linking my bank account, but through contacting support it was settled in minutes. Thank you tasty team.

Do you like option trading? Then this is it. Can't compare with any other brokers. Also the best of the best customer service. Never regret it.
