Didn’t get confirmation email. Actually I didn’t receive any emails until this email asking for review. My money was good but this is a scam site that steals your money. Don’t order anything from here or you’ll lose your money

Products out of stock and whole order cancelled
I ordered two different products and after a few days I received an email that one of the products were not in stock anymore.
However, they cancelled the whole order, also the products that were still in stock. I think that’s pretty bad customer service, why cancel the whole order without asking first? The other products were Christmas presents.

The website is not update, so when you order you are not sure you´re going to receive all the products you ordered and probably have to pay another deliver fee if you order new products to complete your original order. Complete disappointed with the service even when the product are good.

On Time and Delicious
The products came well packaged and on time. The food was fresh. The items were as expected. When they are out of order on items, I get notified when they're available. The only problem I have is that they are often out of items.

My package hasn't been shipped after three weeks
Placed an order on the 6th of december. Package hasn't even been shipped yet. Some of the products expire on the 25th of december and I dont think i'll recieve my package before. Very disapointed and frustrated.
Edit: its now the 27th and the package hasnt been sent yet.

Rude and offensive service
Placed an order on the 10th December. Last week sent an email to inquire where my order currently is.
Received a reply stating they're busy (understandable) and that they 'ask that the noise is turned off '. Guess I've been told to shut up? Extremely rude and offensive.
