I was looking for an experienced interior home painter. Christian was very slow, didn’t know what he was doing and even claimed that he “wasn’t a painter” when asked to paint a stairwell. I feel as though I should receive a rebate on his services.

Task rabbit has lots of options with reasonable pricing and timing that suits customers.

He was helpful, fast and did a good clean up.

Mohsen was helpful, punctual and fast.
I started looking for a Tasker around 10:00 AM on Saturday and he came at 1:00PM and removed my 2 old sofas and took them to the city dump.

The tasker, Christopher, was a dream come true. Clean, kind, courteous, professional and rose to the challenges of the task with grace and intelligence.
This was my first use of task rabbit, but it won't be the last.

RIP OFF. I wanted a quote for a service and got billed for it because they don't allow to contact the person unless you book the person. So booked asked for a quote, cancelled as i did not want the service and task rabit billed me because their policy says less than 24 hrs we will charge you. Like how else am i supposed to ask questions? An expensive question for 84$

The service provided by the taskers is good. So the taskers are good but I can not say the same think about the customer service from Taskrabbit. I tried several times to contact you beavauae of an invoiced service that was cancelled by the tasker but which was still appearing as processed on my bank application. Until today this issue is still not resolved because I couldn’t reach out to any customer service. Really disappointed

I’ve been using task rabbit for over 7 years now, hiring a multitude of taskers for a variety of tasks from cleaning, plumbing, furniture assembly, electrical work, lawn care and more. It was amazing initially, every tasker I hired was diligent and competent with the task. Some of the best cleaners I’ve had were found via task rabbit! I’ve found the quality of work decreasing with each passing year. Most recently.. someone I’ve hired for lawn clean up came for an hour, moved some rocks around and told me the work wouldn’t be possible without an excavator. He gave me his business card for his landscaping company and quoted me $2000! My husband ended up doing it himself. It took him a few hours and it looks perfect.

Another tasker I hired for a deep clean, told me based off the photos of my house, that the cleaning would take 7 hours. She came with a helper and left after 4 hours and billed me for 7 hours. Apparently, the 7 hours was a flat rate regardless of how long her and her helper stayed. I would have been okay with this if the job was done completely and correctly. She missed so many areas that I told her was a main priority.

Another tasker drilled holes in a very expensive mounted gym equipment when I specifically told him I did not want him to make his own holes.

Because of these poor past experiences, I am hesitant to use task rabbit again. I find that I lose out on more money than if I were to hire an actual company.
