Fraudulent Charges To My PayPal Account

Charged my PayPal account for 44$,AND TRIED ANOTHER 11 TIMES TO DO SO FOR THE SAME AMOUNT! 2 weeks still no answer, or replies as to what it was for etc. When I enquired about the payment the email reply was :
For subscription

Thats it. Tried contacting them from PayPal, but the email address on the invoice is no reply.. Took a week to get a response from the payment provider Fastspring, all they did was sent me a email saying I should contact the seller and cc'd them.... Read receipts show seller has read my emails but no answer!
