Short dated products....
Excellent service and equally good product. Reduced number of stars due to not advising the purchaser that the products were short dated. I wrote to the company to advise same and never received a response....

Great small business with some room for improvement
First order was damaged in shipping and they very kindly reshipped my order. Which I got next day. Very good customer service. The lummus is very nice, but leaked through the lid. I understand from the instructions that the product does separate, but feel there is some more work needed on packaging and shipping. Lupin beans are a nice light on the go snack.

Overall ok but some parts disappointing
The items arrived when expected, but the dip had a use by date of that day, so I had no choice but to open it there and then. The dip itself (sundried tomato) was very nice indeed, but the lid of the pot didn't fit at all, and I had to throw away most of it as I didn't want it all in one go and it was obviously out of date the next day, even if the lid had fitted! At £3.99 a pop though this is exceptionally expensive dip, so if it's going to be out of date so quickly and not storable in the container it comes in, I won't be ordering again.
I tried the cocoa protein powder first, but it has a really odd taste, so wasted my money there. The vanilla is ok - it at least smells like vanilla and the taste isn't overly intrusive (but you can tell it's there) when added to my porridge. Only one tablespoon though, I really don't think three would taste very nice at all. I've yet to try the plain version - I received a big bag instead of the three smaller ones I ordered. I appreciate the gesture as clearly there was a stock issue, so I'm hoping this one will be the one I am happy to use moving forward as the nutritional values are so good.
