Had the best experience at Tarocash Albany. Keegan was knowledgeable and helped pull together a handful of outfits for us which we couldn't have managed without his insight. Highly recommend.

Was served by the most helpful staff member, Amelia, at Sunshine Plaza yesterday. I was after a replacement dress shirt for my husband for a wedding. We chose a similar shirt and then she offered to lay out some black pants and a black tie similar to what my husband will be wearing. I was just so impressed with her, she was friendly and went all out to make sure I had a great experience, can be hard to find good service these days. She is an asset to your company.
What a group of incredibly incompetent individuals. My partner is a groomsmen and was fitted for a suit here and everything that could go wrong, went wrong. Staff barely interacted with him or the other groomsmen, offered no support or help in determining if the suits were a good fit or not and had no organisation during this process. When we went to pick it up it took them a while to find it as it was not named. I then insisted he try it on, the pants were a size too small but it was too late to do anything about it, the jacket was also not the correct fit and I insisted on a new jacket. They said they didn’t have any but would express ship one to the store and call us when it was in (it was only a week until the wedding). We never got the call and had to call them and they said that yes, they had it. Another groomsmen’s jacket has loose threads and looks poorly made. I am truly amazed at how incompetent the people at Tarocash Hornby are and their lack of care, attention to detail of organisation. I have never had such a negative interaction when spending a fair amount of cash. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I know the other groomsmen feel the same way. What a waste of time, would have been better to get a suit off of Temu, the risk would have been the same but the price would have been more accurate.
Today I got response from Tarocash company writing by Renee:

Hi Valentin,
Thanks for your reply.
Please note that our returns policy aligns with the "Australian Consumer Law" that you previously outlined.
Since the waistcoat is being returned as a change of mind, the information related to the "Australian Consumer Law" does not apply in this case, as you have confirmed that the waistcoat is new and unworn. Because the item is free from major defects, suitable for normal use, and met expectations and descriptions at the time of purchase (which was in-store and could be inspected beforehand), the standard consumer rights do not apply here.
Therefore, for the waistcoat, we can only offer an exchange or a Tarocash gift card, as the waistcoat does not have the swing tag attached.
We're unable to assist further from our position, as this purchase was an instore purchase, and only our instore team can assist with returns and exchanges instore.
However, if you would like to discuss this further, please reach out to our Hurstville store - (02) 9121 3955.
Kind Regards,
Renee
Customer Experience
So this response is on absolutely wrong way, because Renee not understanding main thing.
Main thing is I am not satisfied with quality of their products. I’m not happy with it, and ask refund accordingly with Australian Consumers Law.
Renee try manipulating with description, but it not fair. There is Renee could not clearly understand English.
He is not understanding that customer always right get full refund if he not happy with product!!! Exchange or credit on same product it’s choice of customer, not seller!!!
Not well fitting given me right. That’s point.
After carefully reviewing Renee’s response as a representative of Tarocash, we conclude that she remains unwilling to comply with the requirements of Australian Consumer Law.
Such a position, expressed in negative terms, undermines the reputation of the entire business.
Individuals who act in this manner are clearly not suited to their role, as they are guided not by the law but by personal ambitions.
Such conduct poses a serious risk to any business.
Regards Valentin
I ordered some trousers—the quality is superb, and the post was so swift it arrived the very next day. I could scarce be more pleased
False advertising. Buy 1 get one free. Absolutely crap.
Received I pair of jeans on each of what I ordered. No help from staff. Asked if I’d taken a screenshot of what I ordered.
Sorry TAROCASH. Who would do that ???? Not trustworthy.
NEVER AGAIN. Teenagers working for them. Dumb as. All false advertising. Lies.
I so love their Long Sleeve T's, Trousers & Jerseys. Buy those from their Stores in NZ.
