Keeps getting blocked
The card is mainly there of use abroad. In my case whenever I am abroad it keeps getting blocked and then you have to call several times so that they unblock it and that is only if you call during work hours. In my case I'm on a long weekend holiday. THe first day is a festivo and i cant talk to anyone. Second day they decide they want a photo of my passport because "the system just sent us the notification". Did I get notified? No. So, I am 2 days in a foreign country with no card to use or withdraw money. Luckily I brought more than one cards because they have done this to me before and I have been in a really really difficult situation because of it. I think from my side this was the last time they do this to me. 3 time is a charm. I will be cancelling my subscription and will be looking to a replacement.
The company needs to improve their security systems and provide 24/7 customer support. This a credit card, you need support all day and night not just during working hours.

For any English speaker, in any European domicile, I would urge you to avoid this Bank’s credit card. Essentially they are totally toxic. I was sadly, subjected to fraud which, looking at the transactions was obvious to anyone with a modicum of common sense! A report from Spain’s Guardian Civil, confirmed my mobile phone stolen, which in turn, made it simply impossible for me to make the fraudulent payments. The “dipstick” at Advancia is unable to grasp this and so, I have been held responsible for totally fraudulent transactions. Beware, please!!

However the support in case of incident is disappointing. I had a case of scam that happened in April and it took me several emails and calls to start the incident. At the moment it's 3 weeks that I don't receive update after sending 2 email requesting follow up.

Customer service is terrible iv emailed 4 times for help getting online and asking if I can use when I go to uk for 6 wks NOONE ever gets back to me it's disgusting I pay my account over what I have to and always ontime

Careful with the fees, I got overcharged.
Good stuff first... The application process was straightforward, the customer service was fast enough when calling (not by email though). The credit ceiling was low for a start but they increased it to over 2k in a matter of months, which lead me to expect with time they may match also forex rates were good as advertised. However, I had to cancel it after 4 months because of fees, they claim there are no fees but I received fees every month, I pay in full every month by direct debit so there cannot be delays, I did not withdraw cash at any point nor did I use the card for any gambling or similar kind of service. At the beginning, it was just 3-4€ per month which I didn't bother to claim. After a couple of months I sent an email and did not get a response so I stopped using the card. Last month I only did purchases worth 38€ in total and get a whooping 15€ fee, I don't have time to discuss these things, so I cancelled straight away. It is sad though because it seemed good on paper, but if they cheat like this when you pay in full I cannot even think about what they may do when you actually use it for financing purchases.
