If I could rate zero stars I would. I ordered 28th of March and still received nothing besides the automatic reply after the order. I emailed and called and also texted through whatsapp and nothing. I am at the point of going to the police for a declaration because to me this is criminal.

No response from customer service. No tracking number. Only s paid invoice. The first tome and the last time I will order at them. Really bad service. Hope I will receive my order? Otherwise I have to fill in a complaint at the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Very sad experience. Don't buy there.

I ordered and paid 1.5 weeks ago. In the confirmation they said it would be delivered within days. Since then I heard nothing from them. They don't answer mails or calls.
It definitely seems this is a scam website and that they never intend to send anything.

What a bunch of lying scammers told me they were reorganizing their warehouse and orders were going to be shipped 2 day’s later ,nothing no emails or explanations not replying to my emails

I was a bit sceptical ordering on this site based on the ratings. This being said, I gave it a chance. At the end of the day all was fine product is good, price was really good. Delivery was 10 days, some might claim it is a bit long, from my side this is all good when you want to have good price. Price was more important than timing on my side --> all my expectations were fulfilled

Ordered on 24 Jan. Today is 5-Feb, and it's still in processing status. I get no reply to emails and no contact after filling the contact form on the website.

Absolutely scam. It's been over 2 weeks and my order status is processing. I contacted customer service after 1 week and never received a response back. Even though their own website promises processing and delivery with 3-5 days. What a joke. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

Wat ging er mis? ALLES!!! wrong items received..... weeks later i finally got a response to my 1000 emails and whatsapps. I sent those items back and now (again weeks later) im still waiting for a refund or the right items. my creditcatd company is notified so I get my money back.

Package was delivered according to plan, but the content was not what we ordered. Some tasteless powder instead of tasteful coffemate, but in exactly the same pots as we got elsewhere before. A big fraud

This online shop is a joke!!.. bordering illegal!.. I ordered 3 items that were all available for next day delivery.. I had to wait 2 weeks, and only after phoning 5 different numbers did I finally get to speak to someone.. They did finally send me stuff, but only one item I actually ordered.. After this it was impossible to get in touch with them..
Do yourself a favour and try and get in touch with someone BEFORE you order.. It is not possible..
My advice is to order somewhere else, there is ALWAYS another more reliable site that this one..

Dese web winkel is 100% waardeloos.. Ik heb 3 items besteld, die allemaal op vooraad waren, en allemaal de volgende dag geleverd zou worden.. Twee weken later, na 5 verschillende numers te hebben gebeld kreeg ik m'n besteling.. 1 van de items die besteld had, de andere 2 items had ik niet besteld..
Mijn advies, probeer voordat je iets bestel, de telefoon nummer te proberen die op hun eigen website staat te bellen!.. Niemand zal je bereiken..

First they don't inform me that one of the items I ordered was out of stock, only replied after I'd emailed myself. 3 weeks after ordering when I realized I didn't receive anything. When the order finally came, they just put a different kind of items from the same brands, like same brand but different candy/chips. And I ordered and paid for 2 packs of chips and only received one. Absolute trainwreck, unprofessional and careless.

This website is fake and is a scam. I paid for my order and it never arrived. I actually should've listened to my gut feeling when i reached the checkout point and saw that they don't accept paypal as a payment method eventhough they said that they do in their "policy". when I called they kept forwarding my calls to their mailbox which is always full. And ofcourse they don't answer to my emails.

Pathetic customer service. I had to call 4 times to follow up on my order and every time I was told that all items are in stock and that the order will be dispatched that day.
Eventually after 4 calls, I was told that one item is not in stock and I choose an alternative. To my shock, i did not receive that item too and something completely different. Same happened for another item too. On calling, the store was not all apologetic and they replaced the items as others were not available.
My problem is, why was I told for almost a week that all items are available, when in reality they were not. Plus the follow up required just to get my order processed. And the worst was the attitude of the store as if they didn't care.

These are scammers. After 3 weeks, no order or response from support.

I ordered the Pearl Original Lite syrup. But I received the original normal. Which is not what I wanted. I returned it February and I still have not received my money back. I sent an email enquiring and have not heard anything back

This is scam.
I ordered and paid for items of specific quantities.
They sent me packages of smaller quantities without refunding the price difference and without answering my emails to the customer service.

From the order we received only 1 pc of the product instead of 2 pcs. And this wasn't even the product we ordered! We have been calling serveral times to the customer service but the phone was never picked up. Also no answer on our several email massages. We will never order here again.
