Excellent watches, amazing quality and value for money

I don’t know how, but Taranis delivers an excellent watch at a phenomenal price.

I’d really like them to make more watches because at this price and with this quality, I haven’t even managed to buy watches this good in China.

The YouTuber ‘Viagem com o tempo’ recommended Taranis to me and said it was by far the best watch of the year due to its price and quality in 2025.

Please, Taranis team, make more watches like this, because I’m eagerly awaiting another model.

Absolutely beautiful watch, the dial is awesome, the graded grey towards the green and blue chapter ring is lovely. Great, durable movement, adjusted for extra accuracy and a decent dice suitable for most wrist. Solid build that feels great on the wrist. I got one of the last four at a great price which makes the deal even sweeter. Absolutely recommended.

Completely satisfied. The quality is unmistakably San Martin, and as far as I know, it’s manufactured in their factory and assembled in the UK. This watch already has a story, despite being the product of a young microbrand.

The Celtic-inspired design immediately caught my attention. The blue and green line orbiting the indices that echo nature's colours are a subtlety I appreciate. The engraved Awen symbol on the caseback adds a personal and meaningful touch for me. The mythical design language drew me in, but the build quality made me stay.

The flat sapphire crystal sits perfectly flush with the bezel, offering a seamless surface with impressive light reflections. Tight and satisfying 120-click action. The NH35 movement keeps excellent time, and the quick-adjust clasp is both convenient and secure, though a bit bulky; those with smaller wrists might find it oversized compared to butterfly or standard clasps.

The machining and case finishing are flawless to my eye. Light dances across the surfaces without any imperfections or distortions, a real pleasure to look at. The dial itself is appealing, though I find it a bit busy. I would have preferred the WR rating on the caseback instead of the dial. The grey gradient texture is nice but so fine that it’s hard to fully appreciate; perhaps a smooth ceramic dial would have worked better.

The lumed crown feels smooth in action. The lume overall is decent; it lasts most of the night and still emits a faint glow by morning, though it won’t blow your mind.

All in all, I’m more than satisfied. It feels like I’m getting San Martin quality at a Watchdives price. The result is a timepiece that’s not only an incredible value, but also a meaningful object that feels like it will outlast me. Not afraid to wear this one to work. Good luck to Taranis. I’m genuinely excited to see what comes next.

Great watch for the price.

Similar level of finishing as San Martin, which is really good.

Only "downsides" to the watch, drilled lugs and/or quick-release on the bracelet would have been nice.

I have a lot of watches, even from very expensive premium Swiss brands. This one is outstanding. For the price asked, it's even a sensation! Shipping to Germany took a while because of customs clearance. The customs duties also made the watch considerably more expensive overall. But it was definitely worth it! I hope TARANIS will bring more models onto the market in the future.
