Extremely disappointed with Tap Warehouse’s returns policy.
I purchased a basin overflow cover for £12 and paid £3.99 for delivery, but the item doesn’t fit and is no use to me. When I tried to return it, I was told I would have to pay a £9.99 collection fee, and the original delivery charge would not be refunded.
This means I would lose £13.98 on a £12 item, which is unreasonable and feels like an unfair penalty for returning an unsuitable product. Charging almost the full value of the item just to process a return is excessive and not customer-friendly.
Policies like this should be made far clearer before purchase so customers can make an informed decision. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Tap Warehouse and will not be shopping with them again.

Whilst we have a charge for our optional collection service for any unwanted returns, you can of course return any unwanted items via your own courier, which may be a cheaper option for you. We also do not charge for the collection of faulty, damaged or incorrect items. TAPWAREHOUSE product was poor
TAPWAREHOUSE product was poor. Within a month the end of the tap started to come away.. Products here aren't built to last.
More so when making contact with TAPWAREHOUSE they just make excuses so they don't have to help and customer support is a minimum. To save time and money would but elsewhere.

No help resolving order issues
All good when taking my money. Its when I had a problem with what they sent that everything becomes a nightmare of - no agents available, endless waiting on the phone, and ultimately no help in resolving any of the issues. Just silence. If you order from them you had better hope there are no problems with what they send.
