I made a mistake with my order and phoned to correct it. To my amazement the phone was answered and the error corrected with speed and courtesy - so rare these days. Goods delivered promptly and correctly.

Poor communication I ordered three items which was displayed as in stock but all out of stock. Was going to take 6 weeks for a tap to be delivered despite being told for two weeks running it was out for delivery. Total waste of time had to pay more ordering from a reliable company. Don’t be fooled by the great discount because the customer service here is poor it’s just lies. If the manager of the company knew about this I am sure it would have been dealt with differently but they refused to pass my complaint on.

The attention to detail and excellent customer service would be more than enough to warrant a 5 star review, but the extra care and attention certainly cements the 5 star score.
