We were looking for flooring for our guest room and were unsure whether to choose PVC or laminate. Teun is very knowledgeable and clearly explained the differences and walked us through the entire process, which really helped us make our decision. We appreciated the honest guidance with no pressure or upselling. Highly recommended.

Quick follow up by the salesperson Teun from the Eindhoven location to schedule the advice conversation at home. For the advice conversation at home he thought along with me on my personal preferences while also looking at how it would blend and contrast with my interior (window decoration). Brought along a lot of materials to have a clear idea what options were best. Also took the time, even going a bit over the planned time, which is good for making the right decisions for something you will look at and use for years and pay quite a significant amount for. The total order amount was a little bit pricey but he did try to bring it down a bit within reason. After some back and forth we changed some things on the order, which led to an acceptable price vs functionality/looks. The measurement appointment after that was a knowledgeable guy who also thought along with me how some choices made in the order could actually be improved a bit (only after the precise measurement the order is actually finalized), and also advised me well to change especially the way it could best be installed, taking into account the state of the wall and ceiling. The actual installation was professional and very quick without any surprises (less than an hour for the whole house!). It’s clear the installers do this all the time and are efficient while keeping quality. Small feedback points: there were some minor disagreements in the initial steps of the ordering process, but we were able to resolve that. Also, the installers were too early without proper notice, so I couldn’t prepare everything optimally before letting them in. Also that was in the end not an issue, just a minor inconvenience. And lastly, there was a small discrepancy in what was delivered to install, but it actually turned out better that way. The installers reassured me that I could resolve that fine with the sales person.
