Do not recommend!
The store sold us smelly carpet. The pungent smell lasted for 3 years. We've been trying to email the store and find a solution. Unfortunately the staff has been avoiding the issues and keep saying we should get the carpet tested. EU regulation already stated that it is supplier's responsibility to guarantee the material is free of hazardous substance. However the staff only sent us a simple material list without any proof that it is not hazardous.
We decide to replace the carpet and the store even cannot provide any compensation or service to remove the carpet. The staff even asks us to pay more so we can get something alternative. Deeply disappointed and won't trust this store again!

Very good experience overall.
We easily found the product we wanted at a good price, despite a lot of choise. The vendor was extremely helpful in guiding us in the "recarpetting" process. I really appreciate his honesty and transparancy; it truly felt he sold us the best product for us, not necessarily for him.
