I went to Tapi in Trowbridge last week and was so impressed with the help and advice I received from Andrew one of the salesman . He was so knowledgable and kind and guided me to exactly the right choice of carpet & vinyl . They have a huge range of carpets and vinyls . Andrew was so efficient and then organised an appointment for my house to be the next day with Mike . Mike was punctual , courteous , very efficient and very knowledgeable. Both of them made it an easy decision to choose Tapi for my full house refit .They were the best out of all the by far of their competitors.

Moved home and needed carpets throughout.
Visited cramlington store. Lots of choice in flooring but prefere carpet.
Staff happy to help. They came and measured each room and arrived to fit on date that was arranged. Not a problem. Would use again.Left no mess really friendly service.

Tapi Cramlington store, visited last week wanting to just browse and get an idea of what I want for my spare bedroom. John was very informative and showed me multiple options within my price range. Safe to say I will be back for a measure up!

Tracey at the Lancaster store has been amazing helping me pick my carpets and her customer service is brilliant. Her knowledge and advice was so helpful. I love my carpets. The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is due to a delay by the suppliers. However, Tracey went out of her way to sort this out.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Tapi Shripney to supply new carpeting for my stairs and landing - from the experience on the store, where the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient, helping with a sample to take home it all went very smoothly. This thread continued with the wonderful gentleman who came to measure, survey and price. He was fast, clear and friendly, and finally to the two fabulous guys, Shaun and Perry who fitted the carpet. Everyone was very helpful and the whole process came together magnificantly. Would recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for a good product and good service. Thank you.

From the start, Tapi were really helpful from the store visit to the final fitting of the carpets. Kelly was really informative about our different options and the gentlemen from MD flooring who came out to fit it were efficient and very friendly. They even helped bring in our son's bed that was delivered during the fitting!

We needed to replace our kitchen flooring after having replacement doors and worktop. We contacted Tapi at Carlisle asking for a home visit to see samples and patterns of vinyl flooring. Jorgen came and made very helpful suggestions while showing us samples so we could see exactly what the options are. What he doesn't know about flooring isn't worth knowing. We placed the order there and then. We were notified when the vinyl was ready for fitting and they arranged to call on a specific day of the week that we had requested. The fitters came in the afternoon as arranged, having notified us when they were on their way. They made a very professional job of laying the vinyl flooring and worked fast and to a very high standard. Before leaving they made sure we were happy with the fitting - we were delighted, it looks and feels great. Later in the afternoon we had a courtesy call from Carlisle checking that we were happy with the product and the fitting. Altogether it was a very easy and pleasant transaction. Highly recommended.

From the choosing process to delivery and fitting Tapi have been excellent.
Once ordered we were kept in the loop as to when they'd received our carpet then it was upto ourselves when it was fitted. When we were in a position to have it fitted we just called into the shop and arranged a day for fitting.
The fitters wrang to say they were on the way and arrived as promised.
They just got on with the job.Theyve done a great job really pleased with the finished article.
