This is from China and you never get it
It was taking too long and I emailed them. I never heard back so I googled them and nothing but bad reviews. So I emailed again and canceled the order.
A month later they emailed me asking me why I stopped payment and my package was on the way (from China). I definitely did not realize it was coming from China. I will be rejecting the package. They act like it is a family shop that is going out of business and in reality they are just drop shipping from China.

I have experienced similar issues with Tapestry Galaxy as others have shared. I ordered several tapestries on April 23rd and have yet to receive them. I received an email on the 24th saying that my order was processed and was in Canada. I have received no updated tracking info. When I contacted them, the response was that they were being held in customs due to COVID-19. It has been a month. When I asked for a refund, I was told that once I receive them, I can return them for a refund. I am nervous that I will never get them. At this point, I just want my money back.

After reading comments I think I too have been scammed. Ordered my son a wall tapestry May 8th and cannot get a tracking number. I am reporting to my credit card company and better business bureau. I too get the same message back from them about due to Covid19 shipping is taking longer. I've ordered from many other companies and received my packages within 2 weeks. Basically dont order from companies advertising on Facebook.

If I could give this “business” zero stars I would. They are scammers. I spent $74.60 in the beginning of April. I emailed them April 7th to see why I never received a confirmation email and a tracking number. Since then it was been nothing but pure hell dealing with these people. They’re condescending and treat you like they’re doing everything right when they’re not. I finally got a tracking number after I reported them to the Better Business Bureau but the tracking number literally has not changed since April 9th. All’s it said was on April 9th a shipping label was made. They blocked me on their Tapestry Galaxy Facebook page from being able to comment or send messages. I’ve read A LOT of comments that have had the SAME experience as me, IF they were lucky enough to have their comment not deleted by the admins of the page. On their Instagram page people say the same thing, DO NOT ORDER from these people, they’re scammers and you won’t get your package. The few that actually did receive their package say it wasn’t what it was supposed to be and the quality is horrible. They keep changing their number on their website and when you call, nobody answers. It is now May 18th and I still have not received my package. Pretty sure I’m out the $74.60.

I finally, surprisingly received my package. Almost two months later... My jaw honestly dropped when I opened it and that was what it was. All four of the tapestries I ordered were in there. I will say however, the material is not what I expected at all. Only one of them actually felt like a tapestry. The rest were almost like a felt cloth. Regardless, I did get them and thought I should edit my review.

First off, I will definitely be ordering from this company again. Shipping does take a little bit of time, but it was completely worth the wait. The material is strong and the colors are so beautiful and vibrant. I also ordered lights to go around them and the lights are of good quality. I would definitely recommend this company!

April 21st I ordered 2 wall tapestries. As of today’s date (May 16) I have yet to receive. It’s a shame that a company offers beautiful tapestries but customer service/delivery is subpar. I emailed them and got the Covid 19 email response. Since the country is pretty much shut down, I would have been more understanding if they had been more proactive. They were not. Other companies have managed to get their packages delivered. Hopefully they will do right and deliver my tapestries.

Smells like a scam
I order from this company cause I liked the look of their products. Still haven't received an update on my order shipping. I placed an order on the 21 of April and it still hasn't shipped. Contacted twice to receive the same pre-typed message. Now I'm thinking I will never get it and that they took my money. I'd recommend people use a more reliable tapestry company. If I actually get it I will update but I'm starting to doubt that will happen.

Purchased April 9 and received today May 14. Took a lot longer to get here then I expected and Wish they were bigger like my last Tapestry. But none the less I am happy they are FINALLY here.

NO ORDER NO ORDER UPDATE
I have tried to contact them twice I had to create this email to write a review and inform customers of the horrible service. Pre-typed message was sent twice to me from a rep named Morgan. My purchase was made on April 16 for one large galaxy tapestry. It is now MAY 13. I go to the website or app I had to download to check on order status NO INFORMATION. THIS IS A FRAUD I WILL BE REPORTING. Wished I would of read this before ordering.

Better late than never 😂
I Ordered mine on April 15 they came yesterday March 12, due to the coronavirus they were held up in customs. Yes, They automatically show a label was printed the day after your purchase. We’re 4 star happy with both of them. However they are not the full wall size show in the photo, (customer error?) but we have ours in hand and they will serve the purpose.

Purchased item but haven’t received anything
I made a order on April 19th,2020.
It stated shipped out on April 23rd,2020.
I checked on the tracking info and it said it was in Santa Barbara, at Ontario ca. Which is wrong because this places are hours away from each other. Days later the status is no longer available. The tracking still states it’s in Ontario and was picked up by USPS. May 9, 2020 i sent an email to tapestry on Information about my order. They stated it was delayed due to covid-19. And that once USPS picks it up the tracking will go live. I smell b.s. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I requested a refund on my money. Waiting on their reply. I’m super upset. They “promised” a refund after the 30 days but their policy states they Don’t do refunds after 30 days. They try to make sure you don’t get your money back. Contact the bbb and do a complaint and call your bank and cancel the card used.

Sooooo wish I had read the reviews :-(. The frustration is real. Had ordered 3 chakra “beach towels” (so they say), which were claimed to be on close out sale. It took over 3 weeks for the items to arrive, fine with me, it’s a pandemic. But the items didn’t even resemble towels in any way. More like flimsy thin piece of polyester cloth. They claimed that the product description states it’s polyester. Ok I admit I didn’t see that, however, they listed the product as “beach towel” on their page. False advertising if you’re asking me. Anyway, they ended up offering me to either return it or to provide a 40% refund on the order if I keep it. They wrote that if I decide to return it they would email me a return form. I replied and said I’d like to return, so please send me the form. Two days later they replied with a short email and only sent a return address, (which appears to be a private residence in SC). No return form. I replied back and said what about the return form they mentioned? At that point I started getting suspicious so I said I’d like to change my mind and get the 40% discount instead. Another two days later finally a reply, in which they ignored my request for the 40% and just repeated the shipping address. I emailed back AGAIN and asked for the 40% discount they had offered. Another THREE days later (today) they reply telling me I should just use code email40 on my next purchase for a discount! Next purchase??

Tried to call them. Nobody ever answers or returns calls. I order things online all the time, I’ve never ever had an experience like this before. It’s sad. I had ordered these “beach towels” as gifts for my nurse friends but these things are useless, and now my money is gone. Please don’t buy here....
