Refused VALID PROMOTION CODE at checkout
During the checkout of a purchase at Tape Muzik website, I used a promotion code provided by Coupert (Chrome extension) and it granted me free shipping to Portugal.
However, Tape Muzik got in touch with me stating the free shipping was not possible because the promotional code used and granted by Coupert was an internal promotion code granted only by Tape Muzik.
Let me just make clear that this was the very FIRST time a valid promotion code was refused. NEVER happened before with any company.
This being said, in a customer point of view, I think Tape Muzik should REALLY review their promotion codes approval philosophy. Refusing valid promotion codes granted by Coupert (or any other trustworthy promotion codes companies) is something that doesn't fit well to any company; much less it is something that pleases any customers.
If customers are the most important part of a company, anything done on their behalf (or otherwise) will only make a company become GREATER or WORSE.
