If you are in e-commerce and looking…

If you are in e-commerce and looking for an affordable solution for an App - I would recommend you avoid Tapcart.

Their solution has a number of bugs and issues that have been present for over a year now.

When we reach out to support to help explain the issues we are facing, they do not respond, or they do no offer a solution, then they try to up-sell you other features and commit to more monthly subscriptions.

Their software does not work properly.

They do not respond.

When they do, they do not address anything that is being asked.

I would give 0/5 if I could.
