Rude customer service.
Just had a call from these and and when I said I'm waiting on an important call they just hung up.
They could have just said ok thank you, we will call back.
Obviously trying to sell me a card machine. Well I won't be using this company

Just spoke with Amy. At first I was hesitant and wasn’t looking to swap. I didn’t realise how much I was paying until I decided to do the price comparison she offered a managed to save 30%! She made everything clear an was extremely friendly and polite from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Tap&Go to anyone with a business.

When transferring over to Tap & Go they agreed to pay off our previous card suppliers and it always worries me that there would be some clause in the T&C's which I hadn't read, but no, Tap & Go were true to their word and Amy-Leigh was reassuring and very helpful with communication, which was very promptly actioned. Thank you, this is so refreshing!

Amy and Darcy were so helpful and answered my queries effectively. They are both an asset to Tap and Go, willing to go above and beyond to resolve matters of urgency with tact and diplomacy.

Their skillsets are refined and their knowledge base is excellent.
