Service Not Completed After Two Years

My wife and I paid $375 to Tanglewood Floral Preservation (Jana Tancred/Lafayete) in September 2023 to preserve our wedding bouquet. Over two years later, I have still not received the product, despite repeated assurances that it was coming "in two weeks." My messages have gone largely unanswered; phone calls have not been returned and email responses are rare. I have since seen other publicly posted reviews describing similar experiences. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions. I've filed complaints with the appropriate authorities. I will update this review if the situation is resolved.
