Fantastic product- buy it
Love the look of this lead, its a great product and a mission one can proudly stand behind. Its basically indestructible which i love and need for my dogs. Reliable and friendly business
I ordered a new lead through them. They were experiencing alot of orders due to a deal with Butternutbox and were dealing with a back log but I got a lovely email, very personal and although my order was delayed it still arrived very quickly. Very pleased with the quality of the product and the customer service

Excellent customer service
My first box arrived damaged in an apology plastic bag from the post office. The box was empty. Customer service at Tangle immediately sent out a new lead which is of the high quality I hoped for. The lead has gone to its new owner who is a surfer and appreciates clean seas. Overall a very positive experience. Tangle has excellent customer service as well as excellent service to our seas.
