⚠️ Unable to Unstake Solana — Tangem Support Completely Unhelpful
I’ve been a Tangem user for several months and currently have three wallets, each with Solana staked for over two months. For the past four days, I’ve been unable to unstake or access my Solana through the Tangem app.
The app only gives me an option to stake more — no button or function to unstake. I’ve reached out to Tangem support multiple times and have received nothing but repetitive, scripted replies with no actual resolution. It’s extremely concerning when a company holding digital assets treats a staking accessibility issue this lightly.
I followed every suggestion (including rebooting and updating), and still no fix. I’ve asked repeatedly for the issue to be escalated to their technical or engineering team, but all I’ve received are vague responses and delays.
Tangem’s marketing promotes security and simplicity — but when it really matters, their support is unresponsive and powerless. I’m now in the process of moving my funds off Tangem entirely.
💬 My advice: Do NOT stake your Solana through Tangem until this issue is acknowledged and resolved.
UPDATE: My Solana is finally UNSTAKED (well… after the 3-day holding period)!
After days of rebooting, ranting, reviewing, and threatening to turn Tangem into a coaster — the button magically reappeared. 🎩✨
That said, I still don’t recommend staking through Tangem — it’s just not worth the headache. This whole experience taught me a lot… mainly that if you ever need tech support, you’re on your own

The error message suggests that the backup may have been interrupted during the wallet setup process, the card was removed too early during scanning, or an NFC connection glitch occurred. As a result, not all the curves were generated on your cards during the wallet setup.
This error does not affect the funds in your wallet or its security. However, it does indicate that you will not be able to store certain coins. To fix this, you need to reset all of your cards to their factory settings and recreate a wallet so that you can successfully use all supported tokens.

I totally go robbed of my Crypto yesterday when I simply asked for help from the Tangem from the app. I gave my phone number and some foreign guy named Justin called me several times, I didn’t have my Sead phrase handy but he talked me into another way to bypass this, well the rest is history, he stripped me of all my holdings. I simply sent an email to their support department & received a phone call from a guy claiming to have read my request for assistance, so how in the hell is anyone supposed to trust this company if their email isn’t secure, they keep claiming no responsibility for my loss.
Do Not buy this Cold Storage wallet !! You cant get in touch with anyone apparently other than hackers

If someone has access to your seed phrase, they can import it into any compatible wallet app and gain full control over your funds — including viewing balances, transferring tokens, and managing assets as if they owned the wallet. For this reason, it’s crucial to keep your seed phrase completely private and secure: never share it, store it digitally without protection, or enter it on untrusted websites or apps. Losing access to your seed phrase means losing control of your crypto.
Unfortunately, once a blockchain transaction is confirmed, it cannot be undone or reversed — this is an inherent property of blockchain technology.

Everything is perfect except one major major flaw: it needs to allow for a Passphrase to be created fresh, not regenerated from another wallet. It should work like Trezor’s Passphrase wallet. As it is, my only layered security option is to memorize the passcode. However,(and most importantly)if someone gets a hold of the seed phrase all is lost. This scenario is not possible with a Passphrase or 25th word.

Shady order process and cust. service
I attempted to order 2 wallets but the website is messed up! It charged me twice without any order confirmation and deducted $$$ from my account. I contacted customer service who casually says "please send a screenshot of your bank account" ... seriously, and this is a company sending me a crypto wallet?!
