The company sold my information & shipping thru tampering channels
The company sold my information to a third party scam operation. The fraudster sent me a text message before my package had shipped that they would be receiving my order in another province. At the end of the shipping process the package went thru South Africa postal service. Customs apparently tampered with the product. As the products were wrapped in thin heat shrink wrap. No thick packaging with hologram sticker seals to prove manufacture sealed the product. Installation set-up with the cards was unsuccessful. Tangem support and Tangem store no support for fixing this . Tickets have been created with there email supports. I've been left with Tangem support escalating the problem to a escalate team. It has been 3 days no updates and 2 tangem wallets I don't feel safe using.
