Been using Tangem for about 20 months now. App and card work flawless. Super easy setup within few minutes. Only wallet I know with seedless option (no seedphrase on paper,…) makes me feel comfortable without stress of storing it, finding it. Would highly recommend it and so much safer than a hot wallet.

I had an issue with my phones NFC reader and couldn't read my Tangem Card. I sent an email to support through the Tandem App and received a response support very quickly.

They gave me a list of things to check which enabled me to determine the cards were fine but the phone had issues. Long story short; very quick and useful advice helped me get my Tangem Wallet al set up on the new device and re-sych all cards.

Imagine in crypto you can share you can have a support team that shows up and help you face to face no matter what and most importantly they listen to customers feedback definitely the best experience I have ever had with a crypto wallet for years thank you so much for the great work!

I have been using The tangem wallet for over 2 years now and i'm totally in love with the interface, the simplicity while being a fully allrounder hardware wallet. Not only can you store your crypto safely, but also buy/sell and even stake! You can store Stocks and NFTS. What more do u want. 5 stars!

I'm based out of the US and bought a special edition for PEPcoin, tangem has been one of the best products i've bought easily. The customer service is top notch and the communication is immediate. The quality of the tangem card itself is solid, I already backed up my crypto and put the spare cards in a safety deposit box, very well made app and integration. Had some issues with tariffs here and they fully reimbursed me, absolutely amazing! 5 stars for sure!

Support responded within hours of my request and communication was on going until my issue was resolved. No push back just apologies. The actual issue was not of their doing, but they still resolved it with a positive outcome for me.
