I've been buying cars, for about 50 years, but rarely have I encountered a Company this good. Sales guys were exceptional, car was immaculate, checks and services, also exceptional.
I wish all car sales places were this good, but their not.

We were very impressed with the way that Tangelo dealt with the purchase of our new car. From start to finish communication was great, all our questions were answered, we bought the car without looking at it first, which was a first for us!

I enquired about a car but unfortunately it had been sold , Alex helped with several options and I purchased one of them, Alex and the team were extremely helpful and the transaction when very smoothly , i am delighted with the car and will use Tangelo again.

I was wandering around the outside looking for a car that I had seen advertised online. Luke spotted me and popped out to see if he could help. The car was in Budleigh Salterton and he arranged to have it transported over for a test drive. I was passed over to a very helpful salesman called Finn the following week, who guided me through the process of buying my car. He was knowledgeable and courteous and made the whole experience stress free, this was important to me as I hadn’t changed my car in 14 years. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tangelo

Exceeded expectations.
I purchased my last car from Tangelo and decided to search their stock on line for my next car. Finding a car that seemed to fit my requirements I booked a test drive. All went well and I decided to purchase it. The team were welcoming, professional not at all pushy.
I’ve worked in the motor industry for a major manufacturer for over two decades and know how a used car dealership should treat customers and clearly Leigh, Alex and the team at Tangelo also knows. Great communication between order and collection, immaculately presented at handover and exceeding expectations in every department. I can wholeheartedly recommend Tangelo Exeter if you are looking for a quality used vehicle.

Dealt with Ben for my purchase of an Audi A4. Prompt and non-pushy communication, answering all my questions and producing walk around videos showing the vehicle in detail. Overall, a great purchasing experience, and I'd highly recommend.

Living over 300 miles away from the showroom could have been a problem but Fin Clouder made it easy for me with a personalised video walk around and answering all my picky questions on service history and previous history etc.
On the collection day Fin arranged a taxi to pick me up from the station and fed me tea and biscuits till I was completely happy with the car and the paperwork. Tangelo even made sure there was enough fuel to start my journey home comfortably. Well done team, good experience.

I bought a second hand Peugeot 208 at the end of June 2025, so I have been driving the car for 3 months before leaving this review. I have been very happy with the level of service pre and post sale. I had a few issues once I got the car, which got resolved without problems. Both Finn and Mark have been very good on their words and I would have no problem recommending Tangelo to anyone looking for a car.

Took days to respond, then sold the car I was already interested in, sending all my px details, only to find that out after I chased them up? Save your time go elsewhere

My first experience with Tangelo and I was very impressed. Very smooth process from start to finish. Fin was extremely helpful and professional, from arranging a video of the car at the start, to the final hand over. The car needed a couple of bits doing that had been identified by their internal system and it was all completed very quickly. So far the car is great and I would definitely use Tangelo again.
