Perfect, exceptional customer service, timely delivery, beautiful unique products and at excellent fair pricing can’t recommend highly enough my new favourite business to buy from.

From ordering to delivery, the service was fantastic with regular updates on availability, size queries and shipping etc.

The item arrived well packaged and was exactly as described.

I bought an Aeroplane Wall Clock Blue/Black Clock as a gift for family living in Australia and they absolutely loved it, giving it pride of place amongst all their other aeroplane memorabilia.

The price was almost half of other prices available online and same quality.

Definitely recommend Tang & Co to family and friends for a wide range of fantastic gift ideas at reasonable prices.

I ordered an expensive floor lamp from Tang & Co and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately on assembly it was damaged. I contacted customer services and Sheila very quickly responded asking for some photographs which I sent. The following day Sheila and I had a FaceTime call and I was able to show her and demonstrate the problem. She very quickly agreed to replace the lamp with a new one and arranged delivery of the new lamp and collection of the damaged one on the same day. The delivery company they use were also outstanding, polite, helpful guys who clearly enjoyed their work.
So although I had a problem initially, I have never before experienced such wonderful customer service - and I love my lamp! Thank you Tang & Co. and specifically Sheila.

I ordered something for my parents and needed to ensure the product was right to suit the rest of the set. From the first message I sent to the moment it has arrived at my door Tangandco have been brilliant. Can’t express of helpful they have been. Fantastic company, really helpful.

Ordered large, expensive backlit clock at a great price. Sheila followed the sale and transport to a satisfactory conclusion with exceptional customer service and care. Most online companies have a great deal to learn from Tang, the business, and from their staff, on the shop front. Respect!

I had never ordered from Tang and Co before and wasn’t familiar with them, so I was a bit apprehensive about making a purchase. However, after reading the positive Trustpilot reviews, I decided to give them a try—and I’m so glad I did!

The level of customer service was outstanding, with incredibly quick responses to my inquiries. My item arrived exactly at the time stated by the carrier (which may have been a lucky coincidence), but Sheila’s efforts truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly.

As for the product, my huge orange desk lamp is absolutely awesome—I couldn’t be happier with it. I highly recommend Tang and Co and will most likely order from them again in the future. Thanks again Sheila!

I recently bought a solid wood TV stand from Tang & Co and they contacted me to advise it was the last one but it had some damage to the back. Sheila was fantastic in taking a number of photos of the piece so I could assess the damage and whether I still wanted it. This is so refreshing as too often companies seem to send out sub par products. I took a chance on accepting the TV stand and am so glad I did as it is a beautiful piece of furniture! The couriers chosen by Tang for delivery were great too, this is definitely a company who care about your order. I would definitely buy from there again and am only sorry I don't live near their store.

What a refreshing experience from a company! I ordered some beautiful champagne glasses that were packaged amazingly but somehow one was smashed still. No doubt good old Royal Mail chucking them around as per. I went and clicked online chat to Tang and showed them and with zero problems I got an instant Sorry I’ll send you a replacement today. 24hrs later I have the replacement! Amazing service! Prices are amazing and it’s so refreshing to have a company sort an issue so fast. Will be recommending them to everyone and 💯 using again 👌🏼

Excellent. Credit where credit is due. I ordered 5 things and all are brilliant. I emailed them when I didn’t get a dispatch email asking when I could expect the order and got a reply within 24 hours to say they were leaving the warehouse.
The products were well packaged and arrived unscathed.
The products themselves are fantastic. One of them (a winged foot planter) I already have at another house so I know how much they cost. This one (same design, same size) was less than half the price I’d already paid so I’m a happy bunny As everyone loves a bargain!
I genuinely can’t think of a negative. Oh wait, maybe one small gripe……expand your product range! ;-))

My experience with this company has been good in that my order arrived quickly and I liked what I received. However, this would have been a 5 star review had the company of responded to my product enquiry prior to me placing my order. They don't seem to respond to their emails which is rather annoying!

Purchased a metal antique looking sun lounger. Looked nice in the website photo but in real life not so much. Should of known when the box turned up with “ made in China” on the side and the website warns of being heavy in weight. Picked the box up and disappointed straight away as was so light, so knew it was going to be bad experience lol. Instructions were a joke, even though I didn’t need them. Once assembled nothings square, leans over and looks a mess. I know my way around assembling stuff, did all nuts hand right before tightening etc but like I said looks like a right mess. The lounger will be falling apart within a few weeks I’m sure. Anyone over 10 stone will probably bend the wafer thin steel work, which is already bent. The only way to put this item right would be using a heavy block of wood and a club hammer and bash into the correct shape lol. Nearly £250 unwisely spent .
