Our Scope of Work As a consultancy, our role is to provide the investigative Reports, Tracings, documentation, and procedural guidance necessary to present a case to the authorities. We completed all services outlined in our agreement, including the preparation of official letters and extensive Investigative work.

Authority Limitations As noted in our contract and previous updates, T&H Consulting does not have the legal authority to compel police action or dictate the outcome of their investigations. While we provide the "ammunition" for the case, the final decision-making power lies solely with law enforcement and external financial institutions.

The Process The "standard letters" and police involvment is mandatory steps required by law enforcement to move a case from a report to an active investigation. We aim to make this as seamless as possible, but we recognize these requirements can be a significant burden.

We never want a client to feel abandoned. If there has been a breakdown in communication recently, we would like to rectify that immediately.

As outlined in the detailed update provided earlier this year, we have completed extensive work on your file. However, we must reiterate that we have no authority to influence the outcome of external investigations, specifically regarding the police. As strictly stated in our contract, our limits are clear: we were unable to force the police to release specific information.
Over the course of the year we worked together, our team completed all services included in your agreement. This included preparing multiple official letters, carrying out tracing work, and maintaining ongoing communication and follow-ups with the relevant authorities and exchanges. All actions were carried out according to the process required for cases of this nature.
