Impossible to cancel. Rude and unaccountable for errors.
Purchased a subscription and then tried to cancel as I was charged for the 2nd shipment and never received anything. Emailed back and forth and assumed it was canceled, only to be charged again 3 months later and still no additional shipment arrived. Costumer service has been appallingly rude, sending broken links for tracking or without an address - no confirmation that anything was delivered, and no accountability for continuing to charge me even after an email 3 months prior with the subject "I've been trying to cancel" (You have to send an email. Their site communication does not work and it's very difficult to figure out how to cancel.) Apparently I needed to respond to to her email telling me what I was subscribed to even though there was no mention of confirming any cancelation. It's a feature, not a bug. I've read other reviews now that state how difficult it is to cancel with them.
