Finally! Experienced mechanics who are honest, forthright, professional and warranty their services. Service consultant , Nick, did a great job communicating . They towed my vehicle 100 miles at no charge and found the hidden issues of my truck after the dealership wanted to replace my transmission. This shop saved me thousands of dollars! My truck is fixed and safe to drive.

So many service places don't do what they promise and you (and I) end up paying much more then we should, but also waiting for our vehicle to be returned. I cannot say what the long term effects of my transmission will be but here are the facts to date.
First I visited several places that could not determine what the problem was. I also visited a dealer that did $1246 of work and fixed NOTHING! Not so Engine and Transmission Center of Clearwater. They fixed my truck for the price they gave me. The results were simply amazing. Five star recommendation!!! Nick Everly was fair, informative and polite but also CORRECT. I was told my vehicle would be like a different deal and it is true. My recommendation is this IS the place to go. Oh, and by the way. After the dealer did not fix the problem, they finally decided it was the transmission and wanted $5800 to fix it. Hey, everybody these guys fixed it for half that and they did it fast (I was lucky, they had an off-the-shelf rebuilt transmission and they did the swap). I could not be happier. This is the place where you need to go if your vehicle's engine or transmission needs repairs.

I manage a group of car dealerships in the Engine and Transmission Center in Tampa area and rely on the Engine and Transmission Center for all of our a big major mechanical needs, from old engine to new engine installs, transmission rebuilds and maintenance, these guys who did do it all for my truck from A to Z!. They are in constant communication every step of the way. The work is completed in a timely manner and at reasonable rates. Of Course I will continue to use Engine and Transmission Centers for my car or truck mechanical needs. One thing Jason is one of the BEST to discuss about what is problem, price reasonable, in many different. He will show you what is the engine or transmission have a real problem! Fyi, ETC Crew worker and Jason are the best ever i had!!!!

The best service available for transmission service in the Bay Area And the management is awesome because he takes pride in his work and it shows. I had many complicated issues with vehicle but management stood by its name and made me a happy customer til the end. I AM A "SNOWBIRD" AND I DO NOT HAVE ANY FRIENDS TO ADVISE ME ABOUT SERVICE FOR MY AUTOMOBILE. I WENT ON THE "INTERET" AND RECEIVED A CALL "TODD"..I TOOK MY CAR FOR A "FREE ESTIMATE" FOR A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM I WAS HAVING. I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW PLEASED I AM ABOUT THE ESTIMATE AND REPAIR WORK THAT WAS DONE. BELIEVE IT OR NOT...THE ACTUAL COST WAS LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE...WHICH WAS A VERY FAIR AMOUNT FOR THE REPAIR I NEEDED.."HIGHLY RECOMMEND" THIS SERVICE GARAGE...JOHN MICETICH

I was having problems with my transmission tod told me I needed a rebuild I'm young so my father thought that he ripped me off with the price and didn't think the guys was going to actually rebuild it so I went to make a payment they had already removed my transmission showed me my old parts and explained what they did proving my father to be wrong they did a complete rebuild and gave me an awesome warranty very honest and the work is authentic I would recommend this shop to every one tod is the man!

I haven't brought my car or truck anywhere else since I first started coming here. Todd Nurenberg IS the man. Talk to him first and he takes care of the rest. They've consistently come in under estimate both in price and time...down to earth...No BS...straight up get it in, get it fixed. If you need work done, you've got to check these guys out plain and simple.

Engine and Transmission Center rebuilt a transmission for a Grand Caravan ....turnaround time was very quick and the price was fair...also had a broken power steering line in a '02 Cadillac with some screwed up codes...was repaired very quickly and the repair price was very fair....

These guys did a wonderful job on my truck for me...for cheap....and on top of a great price they had me back on the road in less than 24 hours...truck is perfect now...thank you to all the staff...I will go back for sure...
