Do not pay this company any money, I paid €173.67 for a pair of shoes. They strung me along for 5 months and refuse to answer my emails.

I bought a skirt and shirt from the UK.
I messaged them with some questions before and after placing order, and they responded promptly and were very nice.

Everything arrived as expected and is good quality

DO NOT BY ANY MEANS PURCHASE SHOES FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED 4 MONTHS AGO, THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG AND I SAID I WOULD STILL TAKE IT. THEY HAVE USED A WRONG POSTCODE AND ADVISED THAT THEY NOTIFIED ME THAT THEY ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER WHICH IS FALSE. THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY.

Edit I was told that I put the wrong postcode yet I use an automatic form filler extension. I've been informed by the post office that this is a lost item so I have no way of getting the shoes that I've waited 4 months for and wasted money. Really upset

I ordered a pair of shoes that should be made within 60 days. I placed order on the 25/03/22 and emailed customer service after about 3 months because I didn’t received the order. I didn’t get a reply. I emailed a couple of more times and still waiting for a reply. I tried to ring customer service within service hours. No answer. Paid for flamenco shoes €160. This is a very disappointing experience.
