Worst

Worst, most unresponsive company ever. I don’t even believe they exist. They ignore everyone whether you call or email them. They are ALWAYS closed so you can never speak to anyone. I placed an order on May 22. It is now June 17 and I have tried to contact them for the last 2 weeks every day without any response. I simply wanted Coco Caprylate. They don’t deliver or even care about their customers. Someone should shut them down for fraud. I’m filing a chargeback today.

Horrible company

Horrible company. First purchase shipped out with no issues, bit slow shipping but nothing else to complain of.
Second purchase of same item took them literally a MONTH to ship out with no explanation offered, and when they did, it was never delivered despite what tracking seemlingy said otherwise. I live somewhere with a locked package room for a decade, and have had this happen maybe ONCE before.

I sent them an email about this that was completely ignored. Absolutely ZERO trace, concern, or responsibility when it comes to customer service. Zero apologies offered for the MONTH it took them to ship the product that never arrived, and of course zero concern about the non-receipt of the product. At the very minimum, a company with a miniscule semblance of responsibility would have said "tracking shows this product arrived X date", and offered an apology for how long it took to ship. (Again- ONE MONTH, for a domestic company located not that far away). Nope, didn't even get that. Just 100% ignored.

Thankfully I found their seemingly reasonable priced product, much better priced at a better company.
I'll never deal with them again, despite the fact I purchase many cosmetical ingredients.

I placed two orders with Talsen…

I placed two orders with Talsen Chemicals — one on May 22, 2025, and another on May 24 — and paid extra for DHL Express shipping. On May 26, they claimed that the orders had been shipped, but DHL tracking has always shown that the packages were never handed over.

I contacted the company multiple times via email and their website. They completely ignored me. Only after I threatened to file a complaint and opened a dispute through PayPal did they finally reply — on June 2 — promising to ship the next day. But even now, nothing has been shipped, and the tracking remains unchanged.

This is unacceptable. The company lied about shipping, ignored my messages, and only responded when I involved PayPal. Their customer service is terrible, and their behavior is dishonest and unprofessional.

I have now requested a full refund. I will never order from them again, and I strongly warn others to avoid doing business with them.
