Impeccable service and prompt reply to all queries. We had a few issues which were dealt with immediately and made us feel that we are valued as customers. We're just about to receive our second order, an outdoor settee & dining table and if that is as stunning as the first delivery, dining table with fire pit, we will definitely recommend and buy again.

From ordering samples to placing an order for my chosen sofa, Talor were extremely helpful. Even when I forgotten to include the free scatter cushions, they were more than happy to add to the order.

The customer service from Talor’s was excellent right through from placing the order through to delivery and aftercare. Updates were provided throughout. I would recommend the company. I am so pleased with the pergola I’m sure we’ll be spending lots of time sat under it.

Service from Talors was excellent. We had several supply difficulties and delays with our pergola which I’m sure we’re beyond Talors’s control but we were always kept fully updated with personal and apologetic emails and we were always able to speak to helpful staff on the phone.

Ordered from talor as all there furniture looked amazing and I can honestly say it is in the flesh albeit it’s rained since it arrived.
I opted for the vip delivery which was okay and to be fair not talor”s issue but they were a bit grumpy and as it started to spit with rain they were going to refuse to put it together ( but like I said that was the delivery company ) canIt wait till uncover it all and enjoy our new furniture

Very impressed with service.Speaking to the same person is a bonus these days and the web site was easy and straight forward to use. As yet have not been able to unpack and inspect furniture because of other work so it is still boxed up but in the dry.

I ordered a garden fire pit dining set. I also added the VIP delivery for the furniture to be assembled. There were some issues with the assembly whereby the glass fire pit surround was assembled wrongly, the control panel was not attached to the table, the bolts to do this were not left with us, and there was damage to the ignition system due to the control panel being left hanging loose. I contacted Talor and Scott from Customer Services could not have tried harder to rectify the issues. He has gone above and beyond ‘normal’ customer service and has also fed back to the manufacturer and delivery company on my behalf. Talor made appropriate redress to us to compensate for our inconvenience and I would not hesitate to order from this company again. It would seem that the difficulties were mainly caused by the manufacturer and delivery company but Talor took it upon themselves to make matters right.

Excellent from ordering through to delivery and beyond! A good old fashion customer service. A place where you speak to real people. I received my garden corner sofa today, perfect, as described, arrived in good time and an email was sent to me afterwords to check delivery went well. Could not fault them! I highly recommend! Very good communication right until the end when a bit of misunderstanding in comms or they would have got 5 stars. Even so, customer service excellent-good personal service and small issues dealt with effectively and quickly. Good price especially with small discount, good lead time and really love the sofa set. Good option for delivery, don't have to sign. Definitely recommend Talor.
