Really like our new garden furniture - very modern and appears to be well made.
Delivery was good, quick and good customer service.

A couple of cons about the furniture itself:
- Once the seat cushions are on, the chair arms are a bit low.
- The teak stain runs a bit in the rain (to be expected as we didn't want to bother with a cover, and just don't push the chairs fully under the table)
- It took quite a while to assemble.

Otherwise / in general, very content! :)

I bought a Zest outdoor dining set which was advertised as a fairly quick delivery within a few weeks. Communication was good and I was notified by the delivery company they had notice of my order and would be in touch to arrange delivery. Everything went smoothly and as described. Too often things are advertised as 'in stock' then take weeks/months to be delivered. Not in this case I'm happy to say. Once delivered, the only thing I had to do was attach the legs for the table and chairs and that was simple. The dining set is excellent quality and we're really pleased with it. It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for. I got a follow up e-mail from Talor to check I was a happy customer which is a nice touch. Can't fault my experience and have no hesitation recommending Talor. The cover that came with it was rubbish but that's not enough to knock a star off.

I rarely give five star reviews, but in this case I must: The ordering system was efficient and the delivery quick (I would also like to thank the delivery man).
We are delighted with the furniture. It is a lovely quality and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as I had expected from the website.

This firm is extremely good to deal with. At all times I knew what was happening with my order. A query was dealt with promptly. The furniture arrived earlier than promised with full communication . The furniture is great quality and the table was easy to erect. The only reason I have given four stars instead of five is because of our own inadequacy really. We chose not to have the delivery men remove packaging and erect and as two pensioners we have struggled with the Lazy Susan and the parasol as no instructions were given. Other than that the product and service were excellent.

Expensive but you get what you pay for.
Don’t bother getting lower quality for outdoor as you’ll only Need to replace it with quality like Talor! Great product, excellent service and couldn’t recommend more. Thrilled with my huge modular sofa! X

Very good service. There was a little delay in communication to logistics - re delivery but this was quickly rectified.
Quality of product good. One corner of a stool slightly coming undone.
Otherwise very satisfied
