“‘Lifelong Discount’ Increased After Purchase
I had no issues with speed or connectivity at all.
However, I originally purchased a plan for 14.95 CHF per month that was advertised as a “lifelong discount.” I have now received an email informing me that the price will increase to 15.95 CHF per month. At the same time, the exact same plan is still being advertised on the company’s front page for 14.95 CHF per month.
This feels very misleading and potentially even illegal. If a price is marketed as a lifelong discount, it should not be increased later while the same offer is still publicly advertised.

If you are ready to pay have of you salary for their mistakes
If you're ready to be scammed and want your problems to remain unsolved, this is the right company for you!
When I went to the store, my main requirements were that the card would be inexpensive and that I would be able to cancel it whenever I needed to. The store employee immediately sold me a TalkTalk SIM card with a 25 CHF per month contract and clearly explained that I could cancel it at any time. I just needed to call the company and ask them to cancel it. When I tried to pay the 25 CHF for the SIM card, he told me it was impossible to pay in the store and that I would need to pay the bill once it arrived at my address. We spent 40 minutes discussing how to use the card, what the limits were and if everything he said was correct.
I didn't want to deal with any problems after cancelling or unreasonable bills. I was able to use the card perfectly for the next two months, but I never received an invoice at my address. So, in total, I did not pay for three months. I took the card out and never used it again.
As soon as I was able to pay the bills, I went to the store to ask for them.
Yes, I admit that I didn't pay the first two bills, and that was my mistake.
However, I found out later that I couldn't cancel my card immediately; I had to cancel it and then use it for two more months. Also, the total bill after these three months was 264 Swiss francs. Doing some simple maths, it appears that I paid an extra 40 CHF each month for not paying on time, which is fair, but I was also apparently supposed to pay an additional 50 CHF in the first month to activate my card.
I was also charged an extra 20 CHF because the company couldn't find my address to send me my bills, and they claimed that I had provided a fake address.
However, when I spoke to an employee on the phone, they easily found my address on Google Maps.
Not only was I given false information at the store and made to sign the contract through lies and hidden details about the SIM card, but I was also charged extra simply because the postman couldn't find where to deliver the invoice.
Now I have to pay for two more months and this huge bill, because the company is not willing to take responsibility for their actions.

Beware -> They Set the Rules—Then Break Them
A total disaster. I canceled my subscription at the end of the month, expecting it to take effect after the required two month notice period.
Instead, they dragged it out for over three months. Be extremely careful—this is a trap. They will do everything to delay your cancellation so the price skyrockets once your bonus expires after two years. My basic plan, which only covered Switzerland and wasn’t even unlimited, jumped from 16.95 CHF to 63.45 CHF (!)
I called customer support five times, each time receiving confirmation that my cancellation was valid. Yet, no one knew what was happening. These people are paid to keep you occupied while achieving nothing.
Of course, nothing changed, and they illegally charged me for another month at this outrageous rate.

One of the Worst Mobile Networks – Avoid TalkTalk at All Costs
My experience with TalkTalk Mobile has been absolutely dreadful. This is, without doubt, one of the worst mobile networks I’ve ever used.
The network coverage is shockingly poor - even in Switzerland, where it’s supposed to be a “local” provider, I often had no signal at all. Meanwhile, my UK O2 SIM card had better coverage in CH than TalkTalk did locally. That says everything.
Things got even worse when I travelled outside CH. I used up my roaming allowance while abroad (which I expected), but when I returned to Switzerland, my phone remained blocked despite my plan supposedly including unlimited data in CH. I couldn’t access the internet, couldn’t buy a train ticket home from the airport, and worst of all – I couldn’t even call their customer service to resolve the issue because my number was blocked. Complete madness. Apparently this is their normal manual process that once you use up your allowance your phone is blocked, regardless of your location.
TalkTalk left me stranded, with zero support and no way to fix the problem from my end. The whole experience was infuriating and incredibly stressful.
Avoid TalkTalk like the plague. Unreliable, misleading, and shockingly bad service.

Basically a scam
Bought a subscription with via Comparis because it was cheap and said there's no minimum duration. Some of the things I experienced:
- Internet speed was insanely bad, like dial-up modem bad.
- When I cancelled the contract out of frustration, they wanted me to pay for a contract of two years(!).
- Their customer service was the worst I ever experienced: Hung up on me multiple times, told me lies, kept me waiting for hours and didn't help me a single f***ing time.
In the end I gave up and paid just to save my sanity. Burn in hell, TalkTalk!

STAY AWAY! WORST SERVICE!
STAY AWAY!
THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE YOU WILL EVER HAVE!
During black friday deals, I saw a deal for 25chf for full unlimited EU Sim card through ALAO. I requested one card, got sent 2 cards, immediately emailed TALKTALK to let them know I was sent these 2 cards by mistake, they never responded, and now they want to charge me for 2 cards that I never used, never activated (theres an activation fee), even after I contacted them through support and email they keep ignoring me, they dont even have a customer service active.
This is still an ongoing issue, they still want to charge me for a contract I've never even seen, never activated any card, never used any card, didnt even open the letter containing the card.
Their response is always incredibly unprofessional and borderline illegal.
ALAO is helping me get this sorted, because TALKTALK completely ignore the client.
DO NOT USE!

Avoid TalkTalk
As you can read in other feedback from other user below seems they do the same as happened to me to steal your money! I decided to leave TalkTalk for a new operator and on their final bill they added me 40chf because I did not pay in time a bill from November. Happened to me few time in past to not pay in time and they just send me a message to remind me but this time they added 40chf penalty and it is surely because I left them for a new operator. Plus there is no possibility anymore to access my user page to check bills, they already cut my access. Avoid this company. UPDATE: after TalkTalk response here on this message, I send them my data and still they pretend to be right. I would like to underline that I paid the bills several times late with them and only got a reminder but this time since I am leaving them, they send me a 40chf penalty. This is not the way you deal with long term client.

Scamming Company With Fake Reviews
Talk Talk is absolutely a horrible and disingenuous service provider with horrible mobile data coverage that barely works. Do not believe any of the 5 star reviews as most are botted or made by themselves. This company charges extortionate prices for cancelling mobile plans which I had to do as their mobile service was so horrible I had to switch providers. Additionally they will send debt collectors after you even though you have fully paid your dues and invoice after cancellation fees just to spite you. Please for your own sake do not deal with this scamming company as they will exploit you and try to get every penny out of you.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, low knowledge. eSIM did not work at the time specified on number portation day.

Very slow mobile internet as well.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I paid three new subscriptions for my sons all three with quick activation via E-SIM. For one or another reason one son could not get it activated and his E-SIM expired. I have been calling their customer service number twice, I have sent at least three e-mails to obtain a new E-SIM or any kind of immediate assistance with activation. To no avail. First they told me on the phone it would receive a new E-SIM by e-mail the next day. Four days later i still haven't received it. Another customer service rep answered one of my emails to say i should use the original E-SIM (which i think expires after 24 or 48 hrs). Nobody has called me to inquire or to assist in four days. They do not seem to bother about new clients. Nor do they seem to check if new subscribers are effectively and successfully actived. And this is basically a move from Yallo to Talk Talk, both are on the Sunrise network. Yallo is much more reactive, efficient and smooth. Do not sign up with Talk Talk Switzerland, it is the worst mobile service I have ever had in 20 years in Switzerland. But when you miss one invoice for less than 10 CHF the automated e-mail their systems send you, will cost you 40 CHF, the equivalent of 2 months subscription. Shameless, ruthless. Feels like a cheap ripp off business with no normal or decent customer service experience. Tomorrow it will be FIVE DAYS TO GET AN NEW E-SIM QR CODE. They could have called me to explain why it takes them that long, they could have offered to send me a new SIM card by A post etc. Unbelievable. Do not waste your money on them
