The providers I have worked with thus far are all amazing

I wasn’t aware that therapists, after years of working with you, can abruptly end working with you.
This should be mentioned, clearly, when you start, so you are emotionally and psychologically prepared.

So their website is terrible. It often doesn't recognize your login ID and you have to call customer service and wait on hold for a very long time.
I'm on my second counselor. First one was marginal. My issue with her was that for a video conference I expect someone to not always be eating. Very unprofessional. She didn't even say do you mind if I eat. Since she was marginal and I experienced technical issue mentioned above multiple times I decided to switch to someone new.
The second counselor missed a session and had to cancel one at the last minute. I was on a weekly schedule and with what I had going on I didn't appreciate the last minute notice and just missing one appointment.
Finally, I made a mistake when I scheduled sessions as live chat instead of video. My bad. I realized it 30 minutes before my session started and messaged the provider. There software sucks so much that she couldn't do anything on her end to switch to video and the software didn't allow me to do so either.
I'm switching to a regular counselor. Hopefully I can find one that does video.

My therapist is caring and compassionate and gives a safe space to share difficult topics.

Great communication and understanding by my therapist.

Love my provider but customer service is horrible and a ticket can stay open for months without resolution. They have very limited customer service hours and even if you call, inevitably you're put on hold and then disconnected. Very frustrating especially for a healthcare company. Feels close to negligence and malpractice.

Sean has been extremely helpful in allowing me to understand my circle of awareness, threshold of tolerance, and outlook on my family life. My interactions and relationship with family members have drastically improved.

Needed a therapist

I feel like I got lucky so I'm not sure everyone would have the same. I was matched with a therapist who is good for me. She is professional, has a positive attitude, tries hard, puts some effort in, and really wants to help me find more emotional balance in my life and to heal old wounds. The work is not done yet and I'm glad to have her help. Sometimes the tech gets in the way of our sessions, but overall the platform has been very helpful so far.

My therapist, Melanie Miller is excellent.
Although the Webservice can be spotty sometimes

Eleven minutes in and the session kicked the therapist off. I eventually logged back on when he did not to come right back. About five minutes passed and the timer was stilling so I lost those 5 minutes of therapy, plus when we did resume I could barely hearth therapist unless I held my phone unto my ear.

The experience thus far has been great. I have been able to schedule my appointment as needed and I was paired with a great therapist. I look forward to continuing my sessions through this service.

I had a therapist who really made me confident in who I am, she really reassured me and made me feel better.

If you're fine with cookie cutter therapy that you have to initiate every conversation with, then this is for you. If you're looking for a therapist thay will ask the hard questions and delve into your trauma with you, find and work on triggers and reactive behaviors, this is not it. Changed providers, got the bare minimum from both and ONLY if I asked a question or started a conversation and got the proverbial 'how does that make you FEEL'. I get more out of Claude AI than i didnout of these therapists. Currently trying to get a refund for the 2ish weeks in bothered with it.

The convenience of meeting with my therapist virtually is priceless. Talk therapy is most valuable. It addresses root causes of issues that ultimately lead to physical illness and disease.

Leah has been an amazing therapist for the past 2 years as I have navigated personal, professional and family transitions. It has been so helpful to learn new and healthy coping techniques and mindsets to move forward and change old patterns of thinking.

Love the choice (not boice. Oops) of therapist and ease of scheduling. Makes it easier than trying to fit in a long wait in an office. Can do an appointment from literally anywhere

It has been good so far. Sometimes the app glitches but nothing major. Really like the multiple virtual options.
