Waiting for the voucher needlessly
I finally collected enough points for a voucher (not cash) and requested it. The platform immediately subtracted the points for the voucher, but emailed me saying my request is being processed and there’s up to a 30-day waiting period for the voucher. Why?????? It is day 2 currently and I still haven’t received the voucher. Meanwhile the points for the voucher are gone, but they haven’t delivered it.
I am extremely disappointed as the process of getting the same voucher with another panel took minutes. I will probably delete the account after collecting the voucher some day, as I find the experience for my prize collection appaling, it’s just not worth my time as there are better panels to collaborate with

Please note that from one panel country to another, the procedure and the incentive options can vary slightly.
For our Serbian Panel, it was - so far - unfortunately not possible to implement a system with immediate and automated delivery of the vouchers. But you can rest assured that we are constantly re-checking our processes and are looking for ways to improve. It's possible that in the future, the vouchers might be delivered immediately in the Serbian panel as well. For now, we have to ask you for your patience. Your voucher will be delivered at the latest within 30 days.
Please note that you were already informed about this waiting time before redeeming your points, as we mention this in our product descriptions.
We hope that you still find a way to enjoy participating in our surveys. We take your feedback very seriously and we thank you for your membership until now.

Don’t waste your time on these surveys
Most of the time they invite you to participate in surveys, but after you answer the most important questions, they suddenly say that the quota for your region has already been filled and reward you with only 5 points. It feels like they are just collecting valuable information and then kicking you out. Honestly, it’s shameful and feels like exploitation. They also ask many very personal questions. I donated the points I earned to charity and hope the money actually reaches those in need. I’ve now unsubscribed from all their surveys.

Please note that during the first few minutes of a survey, it is always being established if you are part of the required target group. The required target group can vary for every survey.
To receive better suited surveys which you are then normally able to complete successfully, we recommend filling out the so-called "profile surveys" in advance. They are available in your profile on our website and can be updated at any time in case your interests and hobbies or your life circumstances change.
Based on the information given in those profile surveys, we select the surveys for which there is the highest probability of you fitting the required target group.
If you did not or hardly filled out any information in the profile surveys, the risk of receiving surveys that do not fit target-group-wise or where already a high number of participants completed it (and therefore only a small number of participants is missing until the survey closes) is much higher.
In regards to the donations, you can rest assured that we systematically forward all donations to the respective donations partners on a regular basis.

For technical and organisational reasons, cash payouts currently are paid out within a waiting time of maximum 30 days.
We also offer other type of incentives like vouchers for different shops, those are sent out immediately after placing the order (redeeming the points).

I did not register, but i got emails from them to complete registration. I tried to reset password and then login, but it said account is blocked or not activated. Seems like they are trying to get non-unique passwords for email addresses.
