We ordered a large shipment of pens…

We ordered a large shipment of pens from them and we absolutely love them! They are so cute, and great quality. Ordered them to use in office and at sales events and we loved the customization options! They were great to work with and very reasonably priced. I was a little confused at first on how to order and emailing their reps got a little confusing, but it was during the holidays so that could have affected it. The whole process took about a month, including mockups, production, shipping, and delivery. Overall we'll be ordering again from them the next time we need more pens.

Worst customer service and experience I have even had

After placing an order for a package of pens, I reached out immediately with a question about the color ink. No response. I receive an email with tracking information, so I emailed again with my questions - no response. I follow up a few days later - no response. There is no phone number on their website.

The package arrives and it turns out my concerns were proven correct - it was not what I wanted. I finally fill out a contact form on their website hoping that it would get somewhere and this is the lovely response:

"Legit... yea, we are legit... I'm thrilled that you were able to read on the back of the package that the pens wrote in color but didn't see it twice on the actual webpage....I don't know what email you emailed asking about the colors immediately after your purchase but it definitely didn't make it to us. I have searched all 12 emails for emails from you... so maybe forward your original to me here. Being furious over a $5 pack of pens that you (or your husband) claim to be obsessed with seems a little bit extreme. If you want to return them, follow our return procedure on our website...in the footer, it says returns. You are officially blacklisted and we will no longer accept orders from you. #legit

What a horrible, nasty customer service! I honestly have never experienced such an attitude and I work in retail. An apology is in order.

I wonder if I'll ever hear back from them again. I sure hope Melissa is put in her place. What an awful attitude.
