Talkdesk Mobile App

I downloaded the mobile app and have been impressed with the convenience of being able to make and take calls from my cell phone. If you have Talkdesk but don't have the mobile app, download it and try it out.

Talkdesk is awesome!

I've had a really good experience with Talkdesk in my 2 years of using it. I love how easy it is to navigate and the reporting isn't too complex. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I've used many different callbar…

I've used many different callbar software programs in the past, including RingCentral and ShoreTel. My experience with TalkDesk has exceeded expectations and I've found it to be a reliable software for our team. We have experienced the occasional dropped call but this could be attributed to many factors. When working remotely, TalkDesk has allowed us to maintain our high standards and focus on supporting customers.

The system is very easy to use

The system is very easy to use, easy to setup, and easy to manage.

There are some small issues with no longer having a native Chrome app, but that isn't on Talkdesk, that is on Google Chrome for depreciating apps like that.

The reporting features are already there and are easy to use.

The user interface is clunky...

The user interface is clunky and the call quality is variable. Talkdesk relies on internet bandwidth, but zoom has a more consistent quality connection for me on video than Talkdesk that’s just audio. Logging calls is clunky.

Overall TalkDesk is helpful

Overall TalkDesk is helpful, we use it for a program hotline. The platform is easy to navigate and the resource tools are beneficial to avoid direct support calls.

Easy and efficient

Talkdesk is great to have different groups, you can filter and choose the country or the type of call that you want receive.
Also Talkdesk has the option to modify the different reasons call, make your work easier.

Excellent platform for connecting with customers

Talkdesk is an excellent platform on which to connect with customers across a variety of communication methods such as phone, chat and email.

It provides well developed tools to monitor performance and deep integration across the various apps.

The cloud based approach allows colleagues to work remotely and connect across all of our sites easily and has helped during the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Talkdesk is such a great software to provide the best customer service experience by getting different communication channels so the custmers can choose the easiest option for them, voice or text.
Besides you can categorize every request in order to build the best reports to better understands customer needs and after that you will have the option to automate some of your processes.
Definitely a great tool.

Great app for a big Sales Team

We love to use Talkdesk because we can call all our makets without any problems. For the market managers of our companies it is really useful to track performance of the agents or to use it as a training tool for new agents.

User-friendly and easy to use

We needed a phone system which allowed our distributed team to take business calls on mobile numbers and not expose their personal phones. Talkdesk has empowered this use case
