Punta Cana
The driver was very courteous and efficient. But the travel time was not properly calculated for the departure time and day, which caused us to arrive in the nick of time at the airport and almost miss the flight. Also, the vehicle had problems with the air conditioning.

Avoid this company in Vegas.
I would avoid using this company if visiting Las Vegas. We arrived only 10 minutes later than scheduled. Unfortunately there was a huge queue for security and only three staff members on duty. This company only allow 90 minutes to get through the airport to meet your driver, if you are unable to do that for reasons beyond your control the driver will leave and the company will not supply another car. They also fob you off when you put a complaint in. They told me to contact Expedia who I had booked them through, only to tell Expedia they would not refund me. Avoid using them, and get a taxi at Vegas airport its cheaper and easily available. Additionally takes the stress out of trying to get out the airport within set time to get your car. To company response already wrote to you previously and you stopped reponding.
