The service has not been satisfactory
The service has not been satisfactory. Initially, there was a proper response from the team, but later, they stopped responding and did not provide timely support or guidance. Despite the lack of proper service and communication, I have been charged a significant amount. I am disappointed with the overall experience and expect a proper explanation and resolution regarding the charges.
