Nice webminar but more focused in selling a service

When I started the process my CV was 6 pages long and I had just been told by a CEO in an interview that my CV "was very long" - I clearly needed to do something about that. The process starts with a questionnaire which is used by Natalie to produce a new, draft CV. I found the questionnaire to be highly thought provoking, and it required a lot of self-reflection on my greatest achievements, what my main strengths were, what I really wanted from my next position, etc. From this Natalie produced an excellent 3 page first draft. She was then open to me retaining some technical details of early roles and also very helpful with advice on keywords to use to get to the top of executive searches.

Once the CV was complete then Joanna gets involved and sent me a very detailed set of instructions for updating my LinkedIn profile which essentially followed the content of the CV but also had further advice on headline banner, keywords and other tips.

Overall, I found the service to be excellent value for money - both Natalie and Joanna were very helpful and professional and there were heaps of extra tips on how to increase the visibility of my profile. I don't think I would have easily taken my CV down to 3 pages without them. One of the big changes I learned along the way now is I almost always tailor my CV to the audience in question.

I deliberately waited a few weeks to write this review as some of the other reviews have been written straight after the work has been completed and therefore no feedback on whether it actually works. So I completed the CV and profile update around 10 weeks ago now. I have found a significant increase in recruiters viewing my profile and have been approached regarding 3 senior roles as a result which is about the same as in 6-9 months previously.

I'm sure you can find cheaper options out there to provide such a service but I seriously doubt that they would have depth of industry knowledge, the professionalism, and the huge volume of extra help and information that Natalie and Joanna displayed. I would recommend this service to anyone and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

I thought the information conveyed was very useful and helpful.
There was a lot to cover over the two specific topics, and the two hosts addressed their specific portions well.
One thing (I asked the question) was whether or not the presentation material would be shared afterward. I have paid my premium subscription, but I have no idea if we have opportunity to see the slides.
I would recommend that in future presentations that this is at least an option for subscribers, as the slides offered good clear guidance which individuals could then translate into their own LinkedIn profile, for example.

The content was very relevant and practical. Unfortunatley I was travelling and unable to see the presentation. It would be wonderful if there was a recording you could share so I can also promote you to my network in need of your advice and services.
