Horrible experience.
The login doesn't work. They have deployed a frustrating bot that doesn't have any answer. Kid is not able to attend most of the classes on time due to login problems. No call back from the support team to address the issue

I had been facing issues with my account and classes for three months, and Astha stepped in and resolved everything with efficiency and expertise. Truly appreciate her quick support and knowledge!

I had enrolled my daughter into dance class. she enjoyed the class and teaching is also good. they ask for feedback from parent but never follow the feedback…
whole course went well but when i asked them to reschedule her classes which were just scheduled and got wasted as choreographer was not assigned..and was not decided who is gonna coach her.. when i requested them, they just blamed me saying we didn't pay the full fees and closed my ticket whereas they make us do full payment at initial stage..

🚨 Parents, Please Be Cautious — My Experience with TalentGum’s Creative Writing Course 🚨
I’m sharing this to help other parents avoid what I believe is a deeply unfair and misleading practice by TalentGum.
I enrolled my child in their Creative Writing course. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. The teacher made inappropriate remarks like “your child should know this by now” — which is exactly why we enroll in classes: to learn. I requested a teacher change and paused the course, but received no communication or follow-up for months.
Eventually, someone reached out and claimed my enrollment was 1:2 not 1:1 so i only had 13 classes left instead of 21 but it was earlier communicated as enrolment had been “upgraded” from a 1:2 to a 1:1 format — but this so-called upgrade came with fewer sessions, not more. At the time of enrollment, none of this was disclosed, and they cited a vague “policy” to justify the change.
Their sales reps were extremely persuasive before payment. But once the payment was made, they disappeared, and support stopped responding. It felt like we were being misled under the guise of education.
This behavior is unacceptable. wish i could escalate this to raise awareness so other families don’t fall into the same trap.
📢 Parents — please be careful. Don’t get lured by promises. Education should be built on trust, not exploitation.
