They lie on the website. The goods come from China and are absolutely horrible
Return is to China and very expensive
After three months of waiting I still haven’t received my refund
Support is horrible
What a nightmare
STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE
They merit -5 stars but I gave them 1 as less is not possible

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I have emailed them 3X with no reply . The returns policy seems to be a joke . They are not reliable. And the shoes are nicer in the pictures than in person . Beware to spend lots of money and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would not do business with them again

As for our return policy – we understand it’s not ideal for everyone. That’s why we try to offer flexible solutions when possible, including partial refunds if the return process is too costly or inconvenient. Our return address is clearly stated in our terms & conditions, and we aim to be transparent about that from the start.

We’re also sorry to hear the shoes didn’t meet your expectations. We’ll take your feedback seriously and keep working to improve both our product presentation and service.

I can be honest

I want to return my dress, and its very expensive. (22 euro’s, to return) So i dont get my money back. They also answer late. It feels a bit sketchy. They offer to pay you 10% or a gift card if you dont return. Sweet… but still feels off. I just want my money back.

I just needed a nice dress for a wedding. Its a pity it dont fit me, and i lost a lot of money.
