I love TPT due to their daily payout policy. They are really prompt on their payouts. I highly recommend them to any prop trader.

I had 5 accounts liquidated due to COUNTER POSITION TRADING when i was copy trading thru trade copia only trading of my lead account, i wasnt even in a position or filled at the time the liquidation happened it just logged me out and they are not giving the accounts back, me and my entire team probably purchased over 1000 accounts thru this firm and its obvious it was a technical issue on their end as i wasn't even in a position when it occurred.

1 star - Accounts voided on Day 1 with fabricated evidence. Avoid at all costs

I purchased 2 reset funded accounts at a combined cost approaching $1,000. On day one, Take Profit Trader voided my accounts citing a “counter positions” rule violation.

Their rule exists to catch traders deliberately buying on one account and selling on another to guarantee a challenge pass. I have never done this. My accounts are configured as lead and follower - by design, it is physically impossible for them to hold opposing positions.

When I challenged the decision, they sent me their “evidence.” It shows two positions on my accounts executing a Sell on the same instrument at the exact same timestamp. Same direction. Same side. No hedge. No counter position. Just two accounts doing the same thing at the same time, which is exactly what a lead/follower setup is supposed to do.

When I pointed this out, their response was to tell me the system evaluates “end result of executed positions” and that “the matter is considered closed.” No explanation of how two identical sell orders constitute opposing exposure. No net position data. No actual evidence of a hedge. Just an automated system misfiring and a support team with a copy-paste response and zero interest in reviewing the substance.

This issue was almost certainly caused by a latency or sequencing glitch on their side - either within their own feed or via TradeDay. It was not caused by anything I did. I have never hedged. It is not part of my strategy. I have the copy trading configuration to prove it.

What Take Profit Trader have done here is take nearly $1,000 from a trader, void his accounts on day one based on evidence that contradicts their own conclusion, and then close the matter without proper review. That is not how a legitimate prop firm operates. To be honest, I was NOT expecting to get scammed by take profit trader, really thought they were one of the good guys. But no.

Take Profit Trader pays on time. I qualified after my first trading day. I was notified on my dashboard the amount I was approved to withdraw. I submitted for my withdrawal. And BAMMMM!!! It was transferred to my account! FREAKING AMAZING! THANK Y0U, TAKE PROFIT TRADER!!!
