Love the brand

I have filled in several applications, which were appropriate to me, but not one approach to take part in research. The application form is lengthy and I feel they are just gathering my data, rather than having genuine research opportunites.

Id been signing up for ages wth this website for various surveys and never got on one survey, i gave up, seemed like a fake to me

I had a really positive experience with Take Part In Research. The sign-up process was straightforward, communication was clear, and everything was well organised from start to finish. I felt informed and valued throughout, and the research opportunity was exactly as described. Payments were made promptly, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone interested in taking part in research.

I was slightly apprehensive at first but have to say the people I worked with were absolutely lovely. Payment was made in full exactly when they said it would be. I thoroughly enjoy this site and the work they do. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended by me 😊😊

Have been involved in a study with this company before and it was great. But unfortunately have tried to sign up to 2 in 2025 and within a couple of days or hours of being told I've been accepted for a focus group they have cancelled on me. I've completely lost faith in this company now.

I really enjoyed taking part in this research project. The whole process was simple and straightforward, with clear questions that were easy to understand and answer. Everything felt well-structured, which made contributing both quick and enjoyable. I appreciated how transparent the company was in guiding participants, and it gave me confidence that my input was genuinely valued.
What stood out most was how effortless it felt to be involved, yet at the same time meaningful, and knowing that my answers could help shape useful outcomes in the future. It’s rewarding to feel that my contribution might support good work and positive developments ahead. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would gladly take part again.

I enjoyed collecting the data required and trust that it will assist the FA in conducting it’s research into the recent changes introduced to development level grass roots football.

At the beginning of August, I was invited to take part in a payroll user test run by Teal Connect Ltd. At the time, the project was described as "£30 for an interview plus £20 monthly rolling payments for your login credentials". I was selected to take part in October, then saw on the confirmation email that the incentive had changed to £20 but also saying "Your incentive will be paid on or before 08/10/2025". I was asked to upload 3 most recent payslip and sign agreements and participated in the session on 8 October 2025. Everything went fine until about a week later, I realised I had not been paid. I then got in touch with the moderator of the session (Teal), and Take Part in Research direct (through the email you would submit DSAR) several times, but have not heard back at all. It's only £20, yes, but I find it very disappointing that they would use people's time for their benefit and just give them the silent treatment without paying out the incentive. I'm also concerned that they are not responsive since they have my payslips as well as various sensitive data that was mentioned during the research (which was recorded) and I no longer have faith that they would be sufficiently sound to keep them safe or comply with GDPR.

I can’t say I’m very impressed with them. I did a senior professional call and was promised a good sum of money paid within 30 days. I completed the details to be paid and was told a date, I conducted the interview. I was then emailed a few days ago asking me to add my details and I’ll be paid within another 30 days, this breaks the agreement we had when I signed up. Trying to get through to anyone has deemed futile. I presume I’ve been scammed.

I was selected for a focus group relevant to me and it was very interesting. They were transparent about the payment date and money was paid a couple of days before that date. I was very happy with the experience and hope to do it again.
