Education
Hello I love teaching Arabic, education is my aim I d like to teach online as an Arabic teacher my language is fluent in Arabic you can say that my experience is advanced
The free trial isn’t really free.
i do not have a computer or a laptop. I have an Ipad and an Iphone. when using the app for ASL the video turns upside down every time. i borrowed a friends computer to see if it would to the same, but i had some luck and was able to join a class without being upside down. i thought you would have addressed this issue the first time i messages your company about this, but it seams you all do not take costumers issued serious. and on top of that i was charged $14.00, i have know idea why. Because I never signed up. I got a free trial and then canceled it after I couldn’t ya my iPad or iPhone without turning it Upside down. if anything i would like my money back. Ya no refunds but when your technology doesn’t work as it should you punish the customer. Working the free trial isn’t really free.

I have a balance of 5 paid lessons that were removed from my profile because they went unused over a 2 -3 month timeframe (due to COVID 19 social distancing restrictions). I asked the Take Lessons representative for a credit and was told I couldn’t get one. The lessons were added back to my profile built will be removed again if not used. Not a great customer experience.

I've found clarinet teachers in San Diego, CA and Mesa, AZ and they were both great. (I wrote reviews for them both.) I think TakeLessons is a great place to start in your search for a music teacher.
A great experience
The webpage of TakeLessons is a convenient way to coordinate schedules with my instructor. I loved working with my cello instructor. Overall, it was a great experience.
They Will Spam You!!
They spam your email and your phone. You have to put in your email and phone number to get to the actual costs of the lessons. I did that and over the following 48 hours I received 8 emails and three phone calls. And when you try to unsubscribe from emails, you have to input your email to unsubscribe, even though you're clicking on an unsubscribe link in an email they sent.

An easy way to take guitar lessons
Take Lessons is an easy, efficient and relatively hassle free way for me to pursue guitar lessons with a first rate instructor. Managing the lesson schedule is pretty easy for me and my instructor. From my experience, it’s a very well-conceived and well-run site. And my instructor, Dennis Benjamin, is absolutely terrific. Highly recommended.
Etana is the best
Etana is very patient and has a way of teaching with ease and grace.

I love TakeLessons (as does my wife who uses it for clarinst lessons...). My only negative is that occasionally (unpredictably...) I get the email telling me my lesson is coming and I click the link to enter the "waiting room" which says the lesson will start when my teacher arrives. Meanwhile my teacher is waiting for me. On these occasions I have to exit and then log into take lessons (which was not asked for when I clicked the link in the email). Now that I know this is the situation, I just text my teacher (who is AWESOME) to let her know I am waiting... if she says she does not see me, then I know how to handle it.
Great use of market
The world wide pool of potential tutors gives a wide range of choices. There are lower priced tutors who are just getting started and may turn out to be gems. Then there are slightly higher priced tutors with more experience. The market keeps the prices fair and quality high. Both my tutors are fun and engaging and make learning fun.

Excellent customer support!
I've had many companies take advantage of me during the Corona virus, which has cost me hundreds of dollars in disrupted and non-refundable services. NOT Take Lessons! They are very fair in their dealings and always put the customer first. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

The platform makers it easy to manage lessons with my instructor, esp. the reminder emails. Being able to have online video lessons has been wonderful! However, the connectivity of the platform and quality of video and sound can sometimes be a problem; at times, one of us is unable to connect properly (we might have video but no audio), or the images may be really fuzzy. Overall, however, not only is my instructor phenomenal, but the actual website and services make the entire experience so easy!

I had some confusion early on. Things are going very well now.
Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. Excellent one teacher! Easy to change my appointment time, cancel, etc.
Highly Recommend James Rossi for Your Music Teacher
I love taking piano lessons from Jim Rossi. He simplifies each lesson and makes sure you understand it. He has so much patience and you can tell he loves teaching others to play. I am a Senior citizen and if I can learn to play and enjoy it, so can You!
