Unprofessional, unhelpful and no refund
My daughter registered for an English exam through britishcouncil, and the experience was extremely disappointing. On the exam day, she had to reconnect several times from different computers, each time passing the pre-exam technical checks with no issues. However, during the actual exam, she could not hear the examiner. Instead of providing any real support or resolving the issue, the staff simply postponed the exam twice by one hour and then dropped it altogether. No effort was made to fix the problem on their side.
To make matters worse, the exam never happened, and despite multiple emails requesting a refund, we have received no response. The lack of responsibility, technical support and customer service makes this organization look completely untrustworthy. Be very careful before giving them your money - our experience felt like a scam.
