Website is a scam

Website is a scam. I ordered the Cluster Decorative Bowls – Bright Gold Iron Appetizer Serving Platter and got a piece of junk allegedly from "Italy." Took forever to arrive and when received it was not as described but 4 separate "metal" pans that smelled like paint and had horrible seam connections. I asked for a refund and after several emails they offered $10, then $12, then $16 etc and finally I disputed the charge on my credit card because there was definitely not what I ordered and they were not providing a refund as their website states. STAY AWAY from this SCAM site

PRODUCT DOES NOT MATCH LISTING

My initial order (supposedly from Italy) did not deliver. When I reached out over a month from initial order, the support team did respond that they would resend my order and while this should have been sufficient, the products finally received were less than subpar from my purchase. Platters did not match photos or descriptions given in online listing and I sent photos for verification of what was sent requesting a refund or the proper items. I was met with a potential refund of $22, which is no where close to the original $220 that was paid for the items. Another conversation was had & they upped it to $27 total for refund - again not anywhere close to what I had paid for the items. These were purchased as gifts and I cannot give them as intended. Still waiting on a response for a full refund and a shipping label so I can send them back.
