I received the product which was good, but when I tried to reach out about a refund regarding the service portion that I won’t be using, they’ve stopped responding. It has been nearly a month and I’m simply trying to receive a refund for a service that isn’t being provided.
Went to 5 charging stations in the Miami area and all were full or did not have the correct hose adaptor. I Was stranded and found Take Charge Mobile and they saved the day. From Tony to Sergio the young man that came to help to the owner Stu— it was an amazing experience!!! I went from hopeless to laughing and trusting that I will get home!! Take Charge Mobile is the best 5 stars plus plus!!!
