Long Overdue Venting
So, I've bee a Longterm subscriber for 3yr's. I've seen A LOT of Changes & Updates.

#1) My complaint is; That I haven't been able to Upload a NON OFFENSIVE Image because it's Authenticly placing it in PRIVATE section. [For Over a Months, They keep telling me; The Developers are working on thing's, but it takes time. I'm like; IT'S ALREADY BEEN OVER A MONTH. So for The Record;
"I GENUINELY LOVVVE The TAIM App. Why I've been a Proud Subscriber for 3yr's."

#2) I've also haven't been able to tap into the MANY Transgender women in & around NYC. It Keeps showing Me throughout the USA. [And YES I already PURCHASED To have ability to see profiles in NYC.] Because They Answer You the BASICS, OBVIOUS.

#3) To Be LIMITED, ONLY Allowed 100 for My Gold membership AND to percentage go by Sooo Fast, and Shown the Same people = PAYING For Waisting My Own Time. Is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Then - One has to WAIT CRAYZEE Long Hour's to Scroll again.

This isn't a permanent feature yet, which means the app could still revert to its original setting. It'll depend on the results of the test, which will be known soon.
Lastly, regarding your daily action limit, your feedback is absolutely valid; however, we need to clarify that "second chances" are free swipes and do not count toward your daily action limit. You're only spending actions on profiles you're seeing for the first time. 🩵

Save your money
There are simple dating apps this is not simple. If you really wanna meet somebody it seems like you have to pay a lot of money because if you’re just a basic gold member, it’s quite weird how you only have so much you can do all day. You’re only allowed so many things and you’re not allowed to pick out what you actually are looking for. So you’re constantly swiping through things that you would never ever choose and can’t get down to just the ones that are there. So it’s a big game you swipe all your swipes away and then you have to pay. It’s just greed that’s all I see is greed greed you don’t want to help people find each other. You wanna make money making people think that they can.
And then it limits you and then and then you have nothing you know I mean, it’s just so greedy give us more money give us more money. You can’t just pay a simple daily fee and get everything just for 24 hours you know that would be too generous that I’m sure the fee would be enormous. There’s so many people out there looking for love or just looking to connect with somebody but I think you guys manipulate this a little bit more than people think. That’s how you get more money out of them because they have no other choice if they want to speak to so-and-so or want to be able to message them, but they can’t because they’re not upgrading. Ridiculous evil and ridiculous. That’s my take on it.

As for the daily action limit, it exists on any app version (free or premium) to prevent spam activity and foster meaningful connections. Running out of actions for the day serves as encouragement to dedicate time to your current matches, placing emphasis on quality over quantity. In essence, the action limit generates opportunities for engagement with the users you already have a match with!

Suicide prevention is taken seriously! I've been on the app a few weeks and…
I've been on the app a few weeks and I've been loving it but the main thing that made me write the review and give it a five-star was because I was talking to a user that I just met that night and she was very much suicidal! After hours of trying to talk her down and not having too much luck she suddenly deleted her account and I lost all contact but I reached out to the support team and they immediately got right on it and went to work getting her name so they could try and reach out and get her help. I was so focused on trying to prevent her probable suicide I missed exactly how to spell her name so I couldn't even tell the support team that for sure but that didn't matter to them, I gave them a rough time frame when I talked to her and they took it from there. I was really impressed how fast they responded to me and I'll bet it was less than a minute before they had a team on it, Plus the guy that was talking to me who was super awesome by the way! He knew I was feeling terrible for not doing better and he had such kind words for me. Thanks so much Matt!!!!

Unpleasant environment due to pay wall design.
I signed up to the app on the understanding it was free as that'show it seems to be advertised on the surface, this is definitely not a free dating app. The fees are extremely high. Also, the way the app is set up with the painful amount of pay walls makes it feel degrading and all round disrespectful. I think my main gripe is the blurring of people's main profile pictures, I don't think it's ok to not let people view each other's profiles. I've just started to use dating apps again after about ten years, and definitely have never experienced anything even vaguely close to being as restrictive as this app in the past. It's a shame, because the premise of the app sounds good. Like others have said, it seems that trying to extract money has become the only focus, and the idea of providing a fair and honest service has been lost.

This app is exploiting the lgbtq community and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Anyone attractive in your demographic is “curated” which means you have to pay and now anyone who’s an “admirer” is also behind a paywall. Buying bronze or silver gets you nothing and now gold barely gets you anything. Absolutely disgusting behavior and faking reviews to keep yourselves afloat won’t work forever.
